Great staff, very helpful with a tricky check-in process.

The desk clerk was on her own during a very busy state track weekend, making for some long wait times to check in; she could have used some help. But she did her best!

Very convenient for us. We needed a place to stay while our RV was in for repair Close to a good laundromat ( across the street) Our dog needed a vet. There was one across the street too

Hallway smelled like someone was smoking Marijuana in one of the rooms. Breakfast was pretty much not existent unless it was biscuits and gravey day.

The staff needs more help so they can keep up on snow removal and ice, no ice melt at back entrance so people were slipping and falling all over, breakfast is ok, seemed short of normal options but still ok

The breakfast was adequate. Service was friendly and atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was overworked with it being CNRF week, but they did everything they could to take care of everyone. It was easy to extend our stay with no hassle.

Would have liked fresh towels/rags everyday, but the laundry staff was short handed and we understood the situation.

Was in a good location plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.. i needed a place to stay for a couple nights to relax and get washing done wich they have public use upstairs.. overall for the price it was fine and suited my needs . The breakfast was good aswell.

Had a great experience with the help of melony thank you to the moon and back she is awesome!!!
