The room was neat, clean and tidy. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The front desk was very pleasant and professional and welcoming . The breakfast room had a wonderful assortment for breakfast. The best I've seen in any hotel, and I have traveled a lot recently. The layout of the hotel is quite good. We were on thevground floor, which is our first time ever on a ground floor. It was nice to go out our door to the lobby or out to the back parking lot. It was good to see our vehicle parked under lights, right outside our window. A very nice facility.

The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud and gurgled with water. My husband works in the HVAC industry and said the unit needs cleaning and maintenance. The unit was loud enough to wake us often during the night, while it was cycling.

Very good location, central to town and all the sights and attractions of this small tourist town. We were there to visit a friend and only stopping by for one night, but can see how this location draws people, especially during the holidays. Lots of local restaurants, people checking out the sights and there is even a train that takes you into the next town. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of hot items on the bar (omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy) and our son and his friends really enjoyed the waffles. Very pleasant stay!

The price was a little high, compared to other locations in Blue Ridge, but not necessarily out of line for a tourist location.

The room was great. The staff were super friendly, even at a very late arrival time. The water pressure was amazing, water was hot, it was fantastic. The breakfast was surprisingly good compared to other similar hotels. There was fruit (apples, bananas, and clementines - all of which were good and not 'typical hotel fruit'), two waffle makers, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and then all the normal items (cereals, yogurts, bagels, bread, english muffin, etc.) Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Blue Ridge. Awesome view of the sunrise over the city as well!

Really had no issues whatsoever to report.

The property looked nice and clean when we arrived. Always a good sign. Upon entering, we were greeted by Allison (Allie to me) at the front desk . She was great. Very engaging young lady and quite the conversationalist. She would do great at any of the higher end properties in NY or on the Vegas strip.

About the only thing we didn’t care for was the breakfast. The buffet area was very clean & well stocked. There was an employee who stood by very attentively making sure nothing was unkempt . I just didn’t care for the food. Buy hey, it’s not the Ritz Carlton.

Very clean and well decorated hotel, modern but tasteful furnishings made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout. Good choices at breakfast with items quickly replenished. Fitness center was clean and spacious with high-end treadmills.

Fitness center could have a more, basic items for a more effective workout (some simple dumbbells would be good); the cost for a one-night stay was a bit high for us, but this is probably something one would has to get used to, and it is worth it compared to some of the cheaper places I've stayed recently.

This stay was an unexpected necessity for us while visiting friends at a cabin we were invited to, that ended up having no real space for us. The location was very convenient to everything we were doing, and to the friends we were visiting. Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows of varying softness. As someone already said, in a previous review, this was a perfectly great hotel for a city I never plan on visiting again.

Great location, close to downtown as we were there to attend the Parade of Homes. A little pricey we thought for this chain of hotels as we don't consider it a 'high end' hotel, but it was really nice.

The room was very large and the bed was comfy. We felt like the bathroom was too small - hardly enough room to close the door with a person inside. The toilet was really low too. The free breakfast was an awesome perk but the coffee was not good.

We had to leave our area bc the hurricane and the staff at comfort inn went above and beyond for us. Allison and Mark are the best! Super professional and accommodating considering the circumstances.

It is a pet friendly property which we love bc we had dogs with us, however they do not separate the pet clients from the regular ones so be mindful if you have a nervous dog etc

The location is fantastic, just on the outskirts of downtown Blue Ridge which is a five minute drive away. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. I like the fact that Confort Inn is close to a Walmart and is surrounded by a plethora of fast food restaurants including a Waffle House that's open all night. Whenever I'm in Blue Ridge, unless it's in a cabin with friends, this is exclusively where I stay.

It's a little pricey in my opinion.

I had surgery and couldn’t get to my house because of a snowstorm. Had to stay 5 nights. Every day at 11 am we checked out and at around 3 pm everyday we found we couldn’t make the steep hill so we checked back in. It got to the point I just walked in they gave me a key without saying a word, PRICELESS. Thanks to Mark and crew
