The location is perfect, just 5 minutes away from business bay metro station and one station away from Burj Khalifa. Nice view from the window (room 203). Clean and comfortable room. Ibrahim, from the staff is so nice and responsible as well as other staff members. Really enjoyed to stay there. Breakfast is good but have had better and more variety. Great value of money

The air conditioning system. Even having it on I couldn't feel the air flow. It would be unbearable in the middle of summer. Hope it will be solved as I am going to stay there again in near future. All the charging spots are not working in the room. It needs to be repaired.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area that made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool throughout. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with both hot and cold water. Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The service was exceptional — fast, attentive, and very helpful. I had a minor issue with adjusting the AC temperature, and the staff responded immediately and resolved it within minutes. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay with great value.

The only thing to note is that the entrance and exit of the underground parking area are quite narrow and require careful maneuvering. Guests with larger vehicles might find it challenging.

We were having problems with the previous booking but Holiday Inn really reversed it all. The front desk people were so nice and very accommodating. The people in the restaurant were very professional, accommodating and will make you feel very special.

None. Everything was in proper place. When we had a problem with the room keys, it was addressed immediately. The room was cleaned every now and then and if you request for something, the staff will work on it fast.

- Very conveniently located close to the center of town, yet not in the middle of the din and bustle of it. - Very clean and well kept. - Decent breakfast option with a fairly decent selection of food. Great, in fact for the price paid. - Very effective air conditioning in the room. - Anees at the front desk was very efficient and polite. Helped me with both my check-in and check-out and was very open to feedback that I provided.

- The housekeeping department can be a bit more responsive. On a day that I needed to attend a formal event I called the HK department thrice to get an iron and ironing board in my room but to no avail.

Breakfast had a big choice and different warm food every day. Location of hotel ideal spot for easy travel to Burj khalifa, future museum, frame and the palm. As all stations on red line not far these spots. As burj khalifa only one station stop and metro exits into the entrance trail to dubai mall.

The hotels tourist information guide did not come before 9am and was late most days. Need them in hotel early so can arrange attractions.

Location was very good for me and my family; beds are comfortable, and room makeup was good, i liked the free parking lots, liked the free water machine in the lobby.

Breakfast variety and quality were not up to my expectation. we only tried breakfast once and didn't repeat it, also first night we arrived expected to have good dinner buffet, but food was dry and not presentable, and we had to go and dine outside the hotel.

Hotel is very near to all tourist destination, metro is just 5-8 mins walk only. I like the staff, there very helpful. If you will need anything in the hotel they will try there best to accomodate you. Thank you to housekeeping for giving us what we need and cleaning our room nicely, the receptionist whom are very welcoming when you enter in the hotel also specially to the hotel restaurant who’s giving us a very tasty and really nice breakfast the head chef are nice his very responsible to his department, welcoming the guest when we enter is thumbs 👍up his focusing not only the food but also watching and asking the guest if everything is ok and if you enjoy the food. Overall you its all worth it we will surely comeback.

At first we have some small issue about the AC of the room but they manage it fast.

The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Althea. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and ensured that my check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Althea’s welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is well-suited for an overnight stay. The location is excellent, being just a 5-minute walk to and from the metro station, making it convenient for commuting. Despite being centrally located, the area around the hotel is quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Additionally, the view of Sheikh Zayed Road from the hotel is quite impressive.

However, there are a couple of minor downsides. Firstly, the hotel does not provide slippers, which could be a small inconvenience for some guests. Secondly, the closet space is limited, with only room for hanging clothes and one small shelf for other belongings. This might not be ideal for those staying longer or with more luggage.

Good breakfast as always with holiday inn hotels, brilliant location it was central and close to metro, taxis were also available. We had an opportunity to utilize the free eye screening and purchased glasses which were delivered seamlessly. Had issues with the level at which the rooms were cleaned but this was attended to by house keeping with urgency. Very friendly staff, restaurant, reception, house keeping , security they made us feel at home. We requested for early check in and late check out and these were arranged by the hotel and that’s what we call ‘excellent service’
