Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The breakfast was really delicious with a wide variety of options. The comfort of the rooms and the quality of the beds were excellent. The reception team was very helpful and hospitable, always there when we needed them. Also, the bartender in the evening was very attentive and prepared our drinks with great care. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely consider coming back! "The internet connection was very good." The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it is within walking distance to the airport. However, there is a tram stop just 50 meters from the hotel, and after 6 stops, you are in the city center. Since Bremen is a small city, transportation was very fast and convenient

There was a bad smell in the hotel corridors, probably due to the carpets. We also noticed that the corners of the rooms weren’t cleaned very well. The room we stayed in had a small kitchen, which was nice. Since we were staying with children, it would have been helpful if there were plates, forks, and spoons in the cupboard, so we wouldn’t have had to ask for them.

The room was comfy and clean (plus one for that!). I was travelling with my dog and I asked if we could have a room at the end of the corridor so it'd be quiet for my dog (it was New's Year Eve). The hotel said they would try their best to arrange that for us and I'm happy to report they could accommodate us. I also found it so nice I could bring my dog downstairs for breakfast, they had a separate area outside the breakfast saloon. Staff polite and friendly :) The wifi worked well, there was a kettle and a small fridge in our room (the fridge was a life-saviour for me so I could keep my dog's food cool). There's a tram stop nearby the hotel so it was handy for us (also for people that is going to the airport). Everything worked for me, no complaints, would stay there again.

The room was spacious. The noise level in the room from outside was minimum. Breakfast was standard. Service at bar and breakfast was very good.

Staff were not completely up to date with the parking rule on the street and we had received three different pieces information from 3 different members of the staff. Heating the room was not working, when contacted reception, was asked to pick up portable room heater from reception (was expecting the portable heater to be delivered to room at the least). The cleanliness in some parts of the room were not up to the standard.

Excellent location, easy to reach the hotel from the motorway, yet close enough to see the beautiful city of Bremen, which we reached by a nearby tram (only an 8 min journey). I loved the fact that it was pet friendly and I was able to stay there with my yorkshire terrier at the cost of €15. The bed was very comfy, we had the queen room which also had a sofabed next to the bed. Breakfast had great choice of yummy food to please everybody. We used the adjacent street to park our car free of charge as it was a weekend. We loved our weekend stay in Bremen and went home with wonderful memories. Thank you!

The fact that booking the rooms via booking.com did not pass on the information that there will be 4 adults and 2 children, which was the information I definitely submitted when booking the rooms, hence getting the suggestion of Queen Rooms, which had a double bed and a sofabed each. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said she only has a booking for 4 adults in total, no children. She sorted it out quickly and gave us the bedding for the children to use the sofabeds, however it greeted me with a worry that I didn't need after the long drive from the UK. I'm glad it got sorted but perhaps booking.com needs to sort out the information they pass on to the hotel in the first place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our kettle did not work and it was sorted out when we were out. Very clean. A very good shower and nice (Dove) toiletries. The room was a good size and an armchair was appreciated. A short stroll to the airport terminal made it easy in the morning to catch the flight. The tram into the centre was opposite the terminal, so also very quick to get to. The ride takes about 12 min and costs Euro 3 per person. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful.

Could have done with an extra pillow each. The beds were OK, but not super comfy. Could have done with normal tea (as well?) as we only had a red berries and a peppermint tea. Breakfast buffet could have done with a hot meat offering, e.g. sausages or bacon.

The receptionist when we arrived was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel room was comfortable, big and clean. AC was functioning. Room was quiet. Soap is lovely. Breakfast was a positive surprise. Much choice, even for vegetarians and vegans. A lot of organic products even.

Some stains in corners of the bathroom (pink mold) that could have been cleaned better. No indication of whether diary and egg products are free rance/organic. Coffee is quite bad, and juice is ok, but not more :) Location, if you want to go into Bremen is not ideal, but we only stopped for one night on the drive through. Perfect for that

Clean and comfortable rooms: The rooms were modern and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a journey. Accommodating staff: My request for a baby crib was fulfilled promptly, which was greatly appreciated. Fair breakfast: While the breakfast selection may not have been extensive, it offered a good variety of fresh items to start the day. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bremen Airport was positive. The hotel provided a good value for the price, and I would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers, especially those with baby children.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice room size and modern decor. Good parking (apart from the price).

Very small bed which meant my partner and I bumped into each other in our sleep, plus it was soft and we could feel the springs in the mattress. Very warm room because I didn't know or think that I had to turn the ventilation on first. The parking was expensive (€11,20 with hotel guest discount, €25 without discount). Not very nice that the parking had to be paid for 24 hours as soon as you exceeded 8 hours of parking.. but the parking was free after 8 pm until the morning, which would have been nice to know.

The location of the hotel was perfect due to the proximity to the airport and the location where I was attending a course. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of dishes to meet everyone's needs and the room was perfectly sutiable for my needs, very clean and comfortble. I did enjoy the option of not having the room cleaned on a daily basis.

I have no complaints regarding the rooms, the breakfast and the service provided. The staff werevery helpful and friendly.

I loved the location and how close it was to the airport, tramand city cemtre. We were able to move about easy. As close as we were to the airport we didn't hear any noise from the air port. Loved the bathroom blue light such a lovely touch. We picked the kitchenette as I had children

The beds were not as comfortable as I've had in the past very hard, I have fybromyalgia so sleeping and turning at night was uncomfortable. There was not a local shop, not that we could find one. So I feel I waisted money on the kitchette a bit. I wanted to have water and snacks for the kids at hand.
