The location is superb with lots of public transportation around. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is tiny and not very well equipped, but it was good enough to have breakfast. The room is modern with a comfortable large bed and it was quiet at night. Housekeeping was a hit and miss.

There is a nice swimming pool in the lower level with comfortable seating lounges. The sauna would be great if the guests using it would know what to do. For example, kids playing around inside or other guests with completely wet bathing suits making the whole place wet inside. There isn't an appropriate relax area for sauna users because it is kept warm for the swimming pool guests.

Good location, close to the historical center of Bremen. There were several good restaurants in the neighborhood. The rooms were sound proof. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The pool was out of order due to a technical issue. This was not announced on the website. The website of the hotel mentioned the availability of a restaurant in the hotel. This was not the case. There was no service on the rooftop bar. There were hardly any seats available.

The location and facilities were excellent. The hotel is by the river,. A block from restaurant row, few minutes walk fro. Schoon and the marketpltaz. The spa and pool were relaxing and clean with towels provided. Quiet yet highly accessible. Very clean and confortable.

They have parking which is 100 meters from the hotel. You have to put your car Ina lift which is max 1.9m wide. Getting in and out of the lift can be daunting as it is tight and scary to scratch or hit something.

The Nena Hotel Bremen was perfect for what we needed to kick off our honeymoon. It's centrally located, with a spacious room, a great shower, a charming little kitchenette nook, and a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is close to everything, and the two separate entrances—while it might not sound like much—actually made a big difference at night when we walked back from the docks.

The hotel is jusy besides the river, which is convenient to take a stroll anytime along the riverside. The room is very clean, comfortable and stylish, and it is well equipped with almost every item you need when staying: aromatic toiletries, bathrobes, comfy pillows and covers, etc. I arrived here without my luggage, which was left in the airport by the airline. I was a bit upset then while the room totally lifted my spirits. The reception is very friendly and nice too. Last but not least, there is a swing at the entrance. It is pretty restful to sit on it and swing for the whole afternoon.

It's a shame that there is no utensils for making tea in the room.

The room was excellent, as was the hotel. It was super clean and spacious, while the bed was very comfortable. I liked the separate shower and wc, which allowed both of us to use the bathroom at the same time. The hotel was very modern, the staff really friendly and breakfast quite good (especially the granola). We were upgraded to a river view as our room had an issue. It was also in a very good area to explore the old town. The private parking is down the road and underground, which was excellent and secure. A charge is payable but worth it (all the area around the hotel has 24 hour charged parking) I would definitely stay again, and hopefully for longer to explore Bremen.

Breakfast was highlighted on the Booking.com website as £18 per person but we were charged on an al a carte manner as the App did not confirm the website details. The hotel should have some consistency on these points, as should Booking.com across its platforms. My dog was made very welcome, and while the charge of 50 euro was steep, it was worth it to stay in a great hotel. The only downside on the room was the very heavy duvet in the summer, which not even the air conditioning could resolve.

Had a great time in Bremen and Nena was definitely part of that. My room was cozy with a beautiful view and comfortable bed. The place is clean, the staff is helpful and nice. The pool had ambient lights and a relaxing atmosphere, it was an experience in itself that made our trip even more fun.

The top of our wardrobe was dusty.

The location was perfect, right in the centre, by the river. Very comfortable rooms, great staff and the pool/spa area was amazing. Rare in the centre of Bremen. Definitely my new favourite hotel in Bremen.

Tiny criticism, there was no bedside table nor light on one side of the bed. No big deal. I used a pouf.

Very nicely done hotel - I liked the design, the simplicity , the comfort. Excellent spa area. Staff is very friendly, always willing to help and support you.

The only wish I would recommend is to make it visible that the sauna is not FKK and people would need a bathing suite. Not talking about the swimming pool, but for the sauna.

On arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room (a suite with river view) was large and with a window seat that my wife fell in love with, watching the world go by. We didn't have time to use the spa which was a pity. There was a rear terrace downstairs with street-side seats (very comfortable) where we had a relaxing drink. As someone who is not a big breakfaster I was pleased to see the menu was a la carte, meaning I did not get charged a huge amount for a breakfast buffet when I didn't want much to eat. The walk to the centre of Bremen was via the river promenade, so very pleasant.

Frankly I don't think much could have been better. There was no evening meal in the restaurant, but that was fine - the front desk gave us a great recommendation (Q1).
