Modern spacious room with comfortable beds. Nice restaurant and gym. Good secure parking. Very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant was good and bursting with energy.

We have mixed feeling about the location. If you are visiting the flea market you are in the right spot. A metro station and bus stop are close so you are in the center of Paris within 30 mins. But the area itself is a bit rough and late at night we were not always feeling secure.

I recently stayed at the MOB House, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the stylish, thoughtfully designed rooms to the relaxing atmosphere, every detail of the hotel felt intentional and welcoming. It’s clear that comfort, creativity, and quality are at the heart of what they do. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the service especially from Vennesa at reception. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and warm from the moment I arrived. Whether it was assisting with my booking, rooms, extending bookings ,giving great local recommendations, Vennesa went above and beyond. Her dedication to hospitality truly stood out and made the experience even more memorable. If you’re considering a stay at MOB House, don’t hesitate it’s a perfect blend of comfort, design, and outstanding service. Huge thanks again to Vennesa and the entire team. I’ll definitely be back!

Staying at The Mob House is like a little sanctuary enclosed away from its bustling, Paris surroundings. We very much enjoyed the 1 evening we spent there. From a super delicious lunch menu to the walk in shower in the room. In the evening, we settled into the bar for some drinks and met and talked to wonderful staff. The Returant Manager, Rima was incredibly kind and intelligent to speak with. We will 💯 revisit and look forward to seeing the new one open in Bordeoux.

Everything was exceptional. However, the prices for lunch and dinner seemed higher here than eating out in other places of Paris. Appreiciate everything was organic, however. Also we didn't get around to using the pool but had a look at it, along with the rooftop. Two beautiful spaces, just a shame there wasn't a bar at either.

Absolute gem of a hotel! As soon as we walked in the doors we were stunned by the gorgeous relaxed seating area, expansive ground floor and décor. All staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Our rooms were fantastic - we had 2 adjoining rooms and had plenty of space. The rooms were quiet, extremely comfortable and the little additions of the fridge, dining area, seating area, curtained off rooms were much appreciated. We spend 10 days sightseeing Paris walking MILES each day - coming back each night was a real joy.

We'd have loved to have had breakfast at the hotel but it was really expensive, especially with a lovely artisan boulangerie just down the road! Food and drinks weren't cheap for us but not unusual compared to other Paris prices - just not what we're used to compared to at home!

We had a very good experience overall. We do not speak french so it was good that the staff there spoke english very well. Underground car parking was very useful. Hotel interior was warm and cozy. Our room was clean and pleasant to stay in. The bar was not completely stocked but the drinks i ordered were good. Sadly we had no time to make use of the heated outdoor pool and gym because of our lack of time. All in all it was definitely worth the money for the stay and experience here. The neighbourhood did look a bit sketchy at some times especially in the late evening, but we did not have any bad experiences with it.

The breakfast was great very varied and had something that everyone would like. The room we stayed in for three people was a good size. Though we didn't have enough cups etc for three people. We were visiting the fleamarket which was situated nextdoor, so the convenient location for us was perfect, we went into the city one day and it didnt take long on the metro. We also go to relac by the pool when the weather was super hot. The lobby was also somewhere really comfortable to work from. great AC and plenty of space with desks to work from.

The pool area was unattended which meant that some fuests went down early in the moring and put their things on the sunloungers, only to not use them until lunchtime. Which i think is just so lame. We moved a few a couple of times, but something could be more clear that people shouldn't do this. There were also no towels to use by the poolside. There is somewhere where you can get drinks but not during the week it seems. It would be great to have someone serving drinks as the pool is a walk away from the hotel. The service at the lobby bar couold have been faster also. Our room also wasnt tidied during our stay, but maybe this is normal also for a lower end budget hotel. overall we were very pleased with our stay,

The outdoor pool was very good. There was natural shade along the sides from the trees around the pool which was great. The restaurant was also good with good (and large portioned!) meals and a nice outdoor area. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and spoke fluent English.

The beds were very hard. Didn't ask the staff so maybe they have other mattresses that we could have used. It was difficult to get ahold of the staff in the restaurant even when there were few people there.

The hotel was clean with lovely ambience and the fact its promotes organic was an added element to the style of this hotel. Bear in mind, that there is not TV…. I wasn’t aware of it until we arrived the hotel…. I was really happy, though my kids and hubby rebelled. But, they quickly took on to other activities, the gym, the pool and to explore the community.

For the TV lovers, that was the only downside, the management should give people that benefit to make that choice really. My 17 years old referred it as ‘old people’s home’ no offence to anyone, he is making reference to his own dad lol. Secondly, the constant awareness to be careful so one does not get mugged can be daunting too. I did not experience it but did get cautioned now and then.

Had an amazing stay at MOB House. Enjoyed the pool every single day. The room was clean, comfy and well decorated. Plenty of space to work on the desk, but you could also use the lobby. Staff was lovely and always helpful. Bus stop to Paris is right by the hotel, and Puces de St Ouen are just round the corner.

Mosquitoes in the room (but no open window?) suggested some dampness problems. Pool got really noisy at times (e.g obnoxious phone conversations on speaker, barking dogs despite no pet policy...). Breakfast was good but not great - not worth the 20+ euros.

The staff were very kind, and were able to notice that I was speak English so was very proactive. Super friendly and great interaction with the receptionist (thank you for making the start of our stay amazing). The Vibe is very chill and so relaxing. Really liked that, especially for something in central Paris. It felt like a hidden paradise. My hubby and I were not here long enough to experience their food. Did have breakfast though and it was nice

All I'd say is if there would be a bit more options for breakfast. Didn't seem like much hot options, and very limited on juice selection
