Modern spacious room with comfortable beds. Nice restaurant and gym. Good secure parking. Very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant was good and bursting with energy.

We have mixed feeling about the location. If you are visiting the flea market you are in the right spot. A metro station and bus stop are close so you are in the center of Paris within 30 mins. But the area itself is a bit rough and late at night we were not always feeling secure.

Absolute gem of a hotel! As soon as we walked in the doors we were stunned by the gorgeous relaxed seating area, expansive ground floor and décor. All staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Our rooms were fantastic - we had 2 adjoining rooms and had plenty of space. The rooms were quiet, extremely comfortable and the little additions of the fridge, dining area, seating area, curtained off rooms were much appreciated. We spend 10 days sightseeing Paris walking MILES each day - coming back each night was a real joy.

We'd have loved to have had breakfast at the hotel but it was really expensive, especially with a lovely artisan boulangerie just down the road! Food and drinks weren't cheap for us but not unusual compared to other Paris prices - just not what we're used to compared to at home!

I recently stayed at the MOB House, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the stylish, thoughtfully designed rooms to the relaxing atmosphere, every detail of the hotel felt intentional and welcoming. It’s clear that comfort, creativity, and quality are at the heart of what they do. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the service especially from Vennesa at reception. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and warm from the moment I arrived. Whether it was assisting with my booking, rooms, extending bookings ,giving great local recommendations, Vennesa went above and beyond. Her dedication to hospitality truly stood out and made the experience even more memorable. If you’re considering a stay at MOB House, don’t hesitate it’s a perfect blend of comfort, design, and outstanding service. Huge thanks again to Vennesa and the entire team. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a very good experience overall. We do not speak french so it was good that the staff there spoke english very well. Underground car parking was very useful. Hotel interior was warm and cozy. Our room was clean and pleasant to stay in. The bar was not completely stocked but the drinks i ordered were good. Sadly we had no time to make use of the heated outdoor pool and gym because of our lack of time. All in all it was definitely worth the money for the stay and experience here. The neighbourhood did look a bit sketchy at some times especially in the late evening, but we did not have any bad experiences with it.

The hotel was clean with lovely ambience and the fact its promotes organic was an added element to the style of this hotel. Bear in mind, that there is not TV…. I wasn’t aware of it until we arrived the hotel…. I was really happy, though my kids and hubby rebelled. But, they quickly took on to other activities, the gym, the pool and to explore the community.

For the TV lovers, that was the only downside, the management should give people that benefit to make that choice really. My 17 years old referred it as ‘old people’s home’ no offence to anyone, he is making reference to his own dad lol. Secondly, the constant awareness to be careful so one does not get mugged can be daunting too. I did not experience it but did get cautioned now and then.

creative, unique, warm, off the beaten path, amazing design, the restaurant/bar is incredible. the staff are so friendly and amazing! the pillows, sheets and comforter are fresh & crisp!

honestly, nothing. i would have liked a TV in the room and some lotion, but but I cannot say I didn’t like these things about the property. i will note the rooms are NOT soundproof! if you stay on the first floor, you can hear the music from the bar. and because there is no carpet in the rooms, you hear the chairs scraping the floor everywhere. BUT, i LOVE the no carpet design, so I cannot complain. just a warning that the advertised “soundproofing” is not exactly accurate.

I was visiting for the flea markets and the hotel couldn’t be closer so the location was fabulous. It had a nice relaxed vibe.

My only criticism is that they had tea and coffee and the fridge but no milk and obviously us Brits are not as sophisticated as the Parisians and we like our builders tea. I called Downstairs to ask for some milk, it was late at night and I was already dressed for bed, but I was told that nobody would bring it up that I would have to come down and get it, only a very mild irritation, but it would be great if they had some little sachets of milk, I did go down and I was given a big jug which I put in the fridge

I would describe the room as basic style but with an eco-twist. It's not as large as advertised in the pictures but the deck / roof terrace is really what the Suite's are all about. The roof terrace was HUGE and as the weather was great, meant we could hang out there after our time at the Flea Markets.

Theres no TV, which ordinarily wouldn't bother me, but England were in the Euros final so that was a surprise to see when we first checkedin. The room is not as large as it looks in the images (sneaky fish eye lens shots) and the kettle had a serious defect (which they know about and encouraged us to use, regardless) where it would only boil if I put a metal spoon under the base. Didn't feel that safe.

The Hotel staff are absolutely great. Each and everyone wil go out of their way to assist with whatever you need. Even if they don't understand English very well they wil use a translator on Google. They are warm and very friendly. The rooms are big and very very clean. Beds are super comfortable and clean. The ambience of the Hotel is incredible. Light music, bar and Dj some nights makes the place perfect.

I am a diabetic and would have appreciated sugar sweetners in the room instead of normal sugar however I used to ask for it at the bar and I was given some. Thank you for that. There is no milk or milk powder to make tea or coffee. Once again when I asked for it it was brought to my room. Then the big thing for me is a television to catch up on sport. Even if there was 1 TV in the lounge area people can choose if they want to read books or watch TV. The room needs a small chest of drawers to pack their clothes esp if you staying for a long time. These are just small issues and doesn't impact on the absolute great service by the staff. I wil stil visit because of the warm hospitality I received

Lovely interior design on the whole, nice and clean pool surrounded by trees, the room was clean with comfortable bed sheets and a powerful shower, great shampoo and shower gel, stylish and super convenient bathrobes. Very nice outdoor sitting area. The staff was very kind at check-in. Lots of restaurants in the same street.

No TV in the room, the double glazed window didn't really isolate from the outside as I heard all my neighbour's phone calls on his balcony. In the gym, the fusion gym equipment was out of service, there's no dumbbell under 16kg which is a very ambitious choice, and the water dispenser was empty.
