Hotel is only 100 m from Saint Martin Metro station and many bus stops. It’s SE of the centre but a good location to walk from too. We had a 4th floor room with a good view. The window keeps most of the noise out. Beds were very comfy and two pillows per person provided. Room was very clean. We included the breakfast and that was great. You could have boiled eggs. Pastries and baguettes were delicious, so were the yogurt and jams. There were also fresh apple and orange juice. A basket with fruit too. Room was very clean and the hotel has a small lift. Rooms for wheelchair users are on street level.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was included and varied, location was great and the hotel itself was very clean! The Hammam, although we didn’t use due to our short stay, was a welcomed bonus!

There was no kettle or mugs in the room, and my mum drinks a lot of tea so we had to ask for hot water if she wanted a cup of tea in the room on an evening. The room we had was right next to the stairwell so we were often woken by foot traffic which was a little disturbing. My only other gripe was that upon check in we were given the option to have housekeeping during our stay, or a free drink each as they wanted to keep it green. We agreed to no house keeping, yet they cleaned the room for us and we were charged for the one coffee my mum got. However, none of the above points wouldn’t stop me from staying again. Just a little bit of feedback ☺️

Highly recommended! The staff is young, energetic - always at the front desk, ready with water, an iron, travel charger, blankets, pillows, directions, a taxi, etc. You name it, they'll help. They even microwave your food and bring it to your room! Good location across from metro, near Monoprix for groceries. Bed was HUGE, SOFT, updated rooms. The bathroom was AWESOME, giant rain faucet. There is a steam room you can use for free half-hour! Cannot recall all the staff's names but Lorraine and Vittri especially helpful!! Let's be clear - this is a basic hotel, 3 stars, and it's not for everyone's tastes; but if you want good, clean, comfy accommodations for a several nights (I stayed a week), at a great value, you cannot beat this place. The BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING - plenty of fruit, yogurts, coffee, tea, juice, dates, nuts, granola, pastries and croissants, cheese and deli meats each morning. The Lobby is like a coffeehouse atmosphere, where you can chillax - VERY VERY GOOD POWERFUL FAST HIGH SPEED WI-FI!!

I was not bothered by it, but be aware this is across from the Austerlitz station and also a hospital area. Some people may find it noisy. I did not. I slept with my window open, in fact, and I was fine. It's Paris!!

Hôtel was conveniently located close to the metro, plenty of bistros and a couple of boulangeries, plus a Monoprix (small) within a 5 minute walk in each direction. Room was modern, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious: pastries, fresh baguettes with butter, ham/salami, juices, eggs, yoghurt, tea/coffee. Wasn’t a touristy area which we were happy about. We had a really lovely stay and would stay there again.

Hôtel is close to a hospital so the occasional ambulance sirens were a little noisy but with the window shut we didn’t hear them (we had a street-facing room).

What a nice bed and considered arrangements of 2-hight pillows. This hotel offers very good scent and quality of their own products of shampoo and shower gel. You can purchase if you want to take home. We met at least 5 staff. None of them without best smiles and dressing styles. Leaving me a great impression of Parisians! I must give a high score to hotel managers. 1 chair only in the room is inconvenient but most hotels offer the similar design for a basic double room. Hotel Orphee makes up with their best services, no fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine in the room but at their reception. We had our late lunch two times in their elegant lobby. Very enjoyable to watch Paris' daily life through windows decorated with indoor plants and dried flowers. Their breakfast is a high light, never miss it! Good quality of baguettes, yoghurts, tea bags ...... Good enough reasons for me to return and I beg you better don't go~ leave me a room always, please!

Really cool and lovely vibe, made to feel welcome by all the staff. Breakfast was nutritious and filling, nothing too much trouble. We walked everywhere but the location was really good, the metro was only a few minutes away if needed. Bedroom was the perfect size for 3 nights, a good base to come back to whilst travelling around.

Some plug adaptors would’ve been helpful to borrow at reception

Hotel Orphée is a gem. It’s a cute boutique hotel with the warmest welcome from Johann & the kindest service from Sofiane. Both guys were super helpful & really nice all throughout our stay. You can tell when staff members like what they do, the energy is very sincere. Our room was cozy, nice comfy beds (just the right amount of firmness) & the comfiest pillows. I like how the rooms felt like apartment bedrooms rather than traditional hotel rooms. I think that’s its charm. We booked the superior room since some reviews mentioned the space was small (probably in a standard room), but ours was perfectly spacious for 2 people.

It's the best hotel evereeer! The location was great and the surrunding was very pretty. The area felt safe, and metro stops were a walk away. I was even walking to the Notre Dame as it was a perfectly walkable distance. The design of the hotel was beyond my expectations. The bed was super comfy. One could book a sauna for free. Top relaxing place! Also, the room was pretty big compared to other Parisian hotel. It was very comfortable, also to work there. Most importantly, the staff was the nicest. Everyone was so helpful, lovely, and tried to make my stay as good as possible. I have even gotten a little hand-written ticket and a tiny box of chocolates to wish me good luck for my presentation for the Parisian lab that I was visiting ;) If I'm again in Paris, I will stay at this hotel.

the staff was nice and accomodating to our needs. very good breakfast, nice room, small but cosy/chick. everything was of good quality, food, the amenities, furniture. everything was clean, the staff cleaned the room daily. free coffee and water in the room bonus, there is a small terrace outside and you can have the breakfast there - it's quite nice

wasn:t anything that bothered me. there is metro line close and it can be noisy with the windows opened, but you can't hear it with the windows closed. it didn't bother us

The room was pretty good and clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is not my favourite, but there are lots of amenities and lovely restaurants around. The station is not too far either. Most staff were very warm and welcoming.

The breakfast could have been much better. The coffee was totally unacceptable (basically water). Croissants did not meet French standards and you had to ask for eggs from two ladies who were not the friendliest ones out there.
