Beautiful decor, the room was wonderfully decorated, bed was super comfortable, had the best nights sleep in my room! The hotel was just a very nice place to be!

A few things about the room - the is the lighting was so low in the room it was really hard to do my makeup! A mirror with a light behind it would of been good… every mirror I used gave a shadow on the face from badly placed lighting. The sofa also needed some cushions to make it more comfortable to sit and relax to watch the TV… also the TV could do with being on a hinge so you can turn it towards the sofa. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room as well.

The heavy gates open onto a wonderful light and airy courtyard where one can sit with a drink or a meal. That leads to reception. Lovely friendly staff, Nadia in particular is exceptional and helpful and friendly. The studio I had was very small with very limited space to put clothes and belongings and so for the 8 days I stayed it felt cramped. But this is Paris and that is normal for a reasonably priced hotel. I have stayed in many other hotels over the years and this as the best. The lsatin Quarter is the best place in paris to stay I believe - wonderful historic sites and good restaurants. Le Jardin de Verre is only a few steps to a first century BC amphitheatre, so well restored. The bed linen was lovely, a mattress to sink into, commfortable pillows and lovely duvet that felt like it was filled with mulberry silk. Super quiet despite the central location.

I should have booked the largest possible studio

Beautiful hotel, very close to the metro, beautiful botanical gardens nearby. Safe area, clean room and wonderful staff. Staff cleaned halfway through our stay and replaced all bedding and towels. Room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and check-out. Lovely communal spaces, yoga classes, co-working spaces and bar. Good kitchen facilities, supermarkets and boulangerie nearby.

We were in a downstairs studio and could hear noise from the room upstairs which could affect light sleepers. Would recommend you bring your own basic kitchen staples such as salt, oil, kitchen roll as these don't come in in the kitchen. Overall we had a wonderful stay, thank you!

The design of the hotel is exceptional. Everything is beautiful and all details well curated.

This is a new hotel in Paris, and the staff is clearly still learning how to run the activities smoothly. Although very friendly and welcoming, there are small mistakes that make the experience less impeccable than the design of the hotel…

The property is brand new with beautiful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and easy to chat with. We loved the overall ambiance, and the restaurant is stunning. The laundry room was super convenient, and it’s great that there’s also a fitness area available. The kitchen in the room was amazing — it had everything we needed, and I was even able to iron my laundry, which was a great plus.

They don’t offer daily room service or towel changes, but you can request fresh towels at reception, so it’s not a big issue. We don’t mind making our own bed or being civil — we treat the space as if we were at home. I also believe it’s the guest’s responsibility not to trash the place and expect the hotel to clean everything. However, when I first arrive at a hotel, I do expect it to be properly clean — and in this case, the room could have been better prepared: there were dust piles under the bed, marks on the floor, and some surfaces needed a more thorough wipe. That said, the hotel itself truly has a lot to offer and I’d recommend it for a short stay or business trip rather than a longer visit.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The room was small as you would expect in Europe but bigger than most and very efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was incredibly quiet. We did not hear anything from other guests or the restaurant downstairs. It was nice to have the kitchenette and they even left a couple of coffee pods and milk to get us started! Great location ..... Close to 2 transit stations and walking distance of Notre Dame and Marais as well as many restaurants. Every person we chatted with at the front desk was exceptional! We unfortunately did not have a chance to try out the restaurant but it looked lovely and was always quite busy. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here on our next visit to Paris.

Honestly, tough to find fault in anything!

We thought we were getting one room with two queen beds and a bathroom. What we actually got was two rooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The beds were really comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The staff were phenomenal. The rooms were significantly larger than I had seen in Paris hotels before. They were not huge, but Paris hotel rooms are usually closer in size to "the cupboard under the stairs."

Has a nice kitchenette so could pick up pizza or other meals and save leftovers. Near lots of restaurants. Close to the main attractions -- i. e. Notre Dame about a 1 mi walk, Catacombs about a 1 mi walk. Easy access to buses and trains to get to the Eiffel tower, etc., and a nice big park near by. And they like pets! If you want to stay in they also have a restaurant and bar, and a full breakfast.

Exterior layout, design and court yard seating. Towel warmer nice addition. Nice comfortable bed and bedding. Having safe in the room'. walkable distance to Notre Dame

Rooms too full. Colors make them appear dark and smaller. Could have done without couch and without stove. Would have liked box of tissue paper. Our friend arrived from US and had to wait to check in until 4 pm. Availability for early checking would have been nice welcome gesture

The staff at this hotel are all incredibly sweet and hospitable, always smiling as you pass them by and addressing you by your name. It makes your stay all the bit nicer and personal. Would highly recommend the hotel when travelling to Paris!
