Just returned from a four night stay at Familia Hotel (solo female traveller). The hotel is small and homely and I felt completely safe. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and gave restaurant suggestions. I really liked the location; it felt safe and provides great access to 3 metro stations where you can get to centre of Paris in about 20 minutes. There is also an abundance of nearby restaurants and bars as well as a garden. There is tea & coffee facilities in the room.

You could hear a lot in the corridors and was woken up a few times when people returned late etc.

We were in August during the Olympics, for 1 night 01.08-02.08.2024. The location of the hotel is super, close to the subway, in walking distance to all the sights. The staff was very polite and gave us an early booking. We liked it very much, everything is clean and cozy. they gave us a room with a balcony outside, it was so nice. We woke up in the morning and had coffee on the balcony. There was also a treat of French wine, sweets and tea and coffee. Also the elevator worked, it's very convenient with luggage

The hotel is in a excellent location in the Latin quarter and is in close vicinity to many attractions like Pantheon. The neighborhood is very lively and I felt safe walking along during night time as most of the restaurants are open and bustling with customers. The front desk staff are very approachable and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

The room is quite small but I liked the washroom which is very clean with all the necessary amenities.

It is not the first time I go there. The location is super (10 minutes walk to Notre Dame, 3 minutes walk to to Sorbone, 2 min from Cardinal Lej. or Juessieu metro). They also recently renewed the bathroom, and they changed the pillows compared to the last time. Rooms are clean. Considering the prices in Paris and the location, it is an awesome solution for work and for tourism I will return there!

Nothing: OK, the rooms are really small (but that's Paris...), especially the single one. However, they are clean. If you come with kids, maybe write them before, rooms may be quite small.

The hotel has an amazing location! It is close to two train stations, there is a bakery across the street, a pharmacy, a little general store, and even a laundromat nearby. The hotel staff was exceptional and made us feel at home!

The building and rooms are older, but we knew that already. There isn't much space in the room, but it was fine. We just needed somewhere to sleep and weren't going to use the hotel facilities. The bathroom is small but functional. It would have been uncomfortable for a large person. The elevator is small, but we were able to use it to get our luggage up the stairs!

The staff was so helpful, particularly Karen. She spent time on the phone with the airline each of the 5 days we were there, trying to track down our luggage. I truly don't think we would have ever gotten our suitcases if it wasn't for her. Thank you so much! Aside from Karen's excellent customer service, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. And the elevator was a must, as I was travelling with my 80 year old father.

The deluxe twin room was very small for two people. Our luggage was lost by the airline but if we'd had our suitcases, I'm not sure where we would have put them!

Location is great, room was clean. But it was noisy. I couldn't sleep well because of it. Something that you should consider.

This hotel is very centrally located and close to Notre dam Cathedral which is why I chose it. The continental breakfast was adequate with lots of choices re bread and pastries etc. Karen and Ismael at the front desk were very helpful to guide me to the various destinations and booked taxis for me daily. It was much appreciated. There are multiple little restaurants close by and it is 2 blocks from the Seine.

The rooms are very small. As a solo traveller they were adequate but may be quite cramped for 2 adults. They were cute and historic which is what I wanted.

Charming, old world Very friendly, interesting gentlemen at the desk. Loved being on the tiny balcony Saw the passing of the Olympic flame on the road - 6 floors below us!!

Would have liked to have had the breakfast, but it was just coffee and croissant; I also wanted juice plus something more substantial to fuel me for all the walking we did each day It was E0:50 - same price as at the hotel in which we’d staged the 1st week. Theirs included baguettes with various meats and cheeses, cereals, yogurt, fruit salad, a selection of croissants- even an oj machine for fresh juice .

Excellent location, super nice ladies at reception and breakfast. 10 minute walk to Notre Dame, short walk to many of the main sights of Paris, metro around the corner. I love this location so close to the Seine. Beautiful view from my balcony. Many bistros on the block. The 5th, the student section, is my favorite arrondissement.

Because it is a beautiful classic Paris building, the room are very small. I think the decor could use a refresher.
