I really liked the staffs friendliness & the overall cleanliness / feel of the hotel. The lobby was spacious and I felt safe. The rooms were cleaned daily and cleaned very thoroughly, amazing service by all the workers. They even helped us book a taxi to places we wanted to go.

We did experience a power cut but they fixed quickly and with friendly apologies. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the location but that’s not their fault, to be honest it’s more mine. I am somebody who likes to explore places my foot and I found it quite hard to just leave my hotel and explore. A quick taxi or your own transport will get you wherever you need to go as it is pretty central.

The quadruple rooms are huge and spacious. A good shower and solid wifi. The breakfast is in two shifts, so that the restaurant isn't overrun by people. This seemed to work rather well. We tried both shifts on different days and we had enough options and space to sit. Every day the breakfast options change and all of it is really tasty. Lastly, the location is pretty good. The big BIP mall is walking distance away.

Location Conveniently located, the hotel is within easy walking distance of shopping centers, delectable dining options, and various attractions. They have balcony with street and city view. Additionally, each floor features a water dispenser for the convenience of all guests.

- The curtains do not fully cover the windows, allowing sunlight to enter through the gaps and disrupt early morning sleep. - The balcony door is not soundproof, allowing traffic noise from outside to enter the room. - The sound of street performers from the nearby traffic light can be clearly heard, especially when the light is red. - Disrupts sleep and rest, especially for guests who require longer rest periods. Suggestions: - The hotel should consider replacing the curtains with longer and thicker ones to block out sunlight. - The balcony door should be repaired or replaced with a soundproof one to reduce noise from outside. - The hotel can consider providing earplugs to help guests sleep better.

Location was heart of downtown. We can walk to Jalan Braga which is famous street of travelers. And we stayed triple room because we have 9years old boy. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing. Various types of menu and very tidy and clean. Egg station and noodle station was also excellent. Great experience, will definitely come back when we are back to bandung!

Some of space was under renovation, but it was okay. They explained well and managed.

The location and staff support. There was misunderstood on the blocking fund of my credit card. Since I needed to catch the train, the staff promised me to solve the issue and informed through WA. They did promptly solved the issue just 15 minutes after my departure. Great support 👍👍

We stayed for 2 nights in duplex room. The 2nd deck was lack of mirror, clothes hanger and electrical outlet, especially near the bed.

The staff added more bottled waters even though the previous ones were untouched which was great. In addition, there was also a smart TV which some 5 star hotels do not have. Overall, our stay was amazing.

The vent in the shower room might not be strong enough to remove the steam from the hot shower.

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was close to the city centre, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The AC and water heater worked well, and the TV had Netflix and YouTube for entertainment. I liked the water dispenser near our room, which saved me from buying additional bottled water. The 101 Ambassadors service was nice. They were friendly, attentive, and responsive to my needs. They made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. This service exceeded my expectations.

The room's acoustics need improvement. I can hear my neighbour coughing and sound of children running above our room. Thankfully, it all subsided during the night.

1. The location is good for the crowded trasportation traffic of Bandung City, though you have to access the Hotel Lobby via basement after 9PM. 2. The room was nice. We kind of get an upgraded room with "extra bed" cause the loft type designated room has some technical trouble, but the room become a little bit crowded with three bed around. 3. The breakfast have many menu variation, and the ice cream, traditional snack and Mie Kocok corner are my personal favorite. 4. The towels and bedsheet are clean.

The bathroom could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, and the shower need an upgrade. hehehe.

Nothing’s make me disappointed. Your limited car parking area became fine cos’ you have handled very good and helpful.

room was spacious, bed was very comfy and clean

breakfast was less than mediocre. it would be better to stick with basics only and not overwhelm guests with choices that are bad. I would prefer fewer choices for breakfast but with great taste and quality, instead of too many choices and they're all bad
