This property deserves more than 5 stars! The staff, location, facilities, and cleanliness are all top-notch. The bed was comfy, the apartment was very spacious, and the gym and pool were great. The kitchen was also functional with a large refrigerator to store our food. We even got a one-hour late check-out, which was really helpful since our flight was later in the evening. I would definitely come back and recommend this property if you're looking for spacious yet centrally located accommodation in Jakarta.

The staff helpfull especially when we have issue about parking fee, they solved it fast For input, please re-ensure for guest who came with 2 cars for 1 unit apt, the parking fee meet their rule since as our case the fee charged above max fare although they solved it well but to avoid this case reappear please take a serious note for that. Above that, everything was ok, the entire unit we stayed was clean and the staff also fast responsed when we had problem.

The staff are amazing from The security to office to cooking team every single one were super friendly so helpful The property each area is so clean it’s unbelievable, all the facilities is super classy and clean. I highly recommend this place. 5++++ stars. We will definitely be back.

Loved everything

Really nice and spacious.

The balcony can be more secure for family with children. E.g. the railing is not claimable by little ones. We would appreciate the door that can be locked (the sliding door cannot be locked and the staff permanently locked it with the chain which stopping the rest of family to enjoy the balcony)

Breakfast was excellent. Staff super friendly although they did not understand the request at times. Never said no! Security was stringent and excellent'

Pool and gym/sauna a little hard to access. Location was great but street one had to walk through was a bit rough.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I slept so well. The location was great, close to everything I needed. I also loved the food and the overall atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Huge pool, individual elevator for privacy, cooperative and helpful staffs from the very beginning, spacious room, prompt service.

Our 1 bedroom unit was not available and only let know by check-in. We got upgraded for free to a 2 bedroom (2nd bedroom locked), which was too big for a couple, hence it did not feel intimate or too comfortable.

The room is very clean and the pool is very large for the kids to swim. It also have the hot pool which is very convenient and the kids love it.

The sink in the master bedroom was clogged and for the wet area where the washing machine is located there is no place to hang the cloths after we wash it.

Good location, very well placed, comfortable rooms, kind staff. I took the room facing the skyscrapers otherwise the stay would have not be enjoyable at all

More options for vegetarians and attention to details at breakfast will be constructive

Excellent service. They whole team were really helpful! From the front door, reception, the housekeeping team and all the staffs! Location is wonderful.
