Quiet room, friendly staff. The room is not big, but it has everything you need, a very comfortable bed

Technology: when I checked into the room, I thought I was in the 2000s, the TV is from 2012 and not smart, you can't watch YouTube on it or connect a PlayStation, it has the hotel software installed, only 6 devices can be connected to WiFi, the thermostat is from the 80s, a 4-mode knob that sticks out of the wall, only 2 paper cups and 4 napkins in the room, not designed for a long stay, the enamel on the bathtub is chipped - this is not very pleasant to see in a hotel of this class

The beds, showers, size of rooms, charging outlets, desk, fridge, microwave were all great.

I think I had an older room with an older heating system. The fan had to be on all of the time otherwise there was no airflow. And I'm not 100% sure that there was a full cleaning during my stay. It was mostly clean and nothing that would normally have bugged me. Also the hot tub leaves a little to be desired. Especially if you want to put 4 people in it...

Excellent location for our needs, clean, comfortable beds, great food, pool and hot-tub are nice. Very friendly and efficient staff

Our room was hot! No matter what we tried we couldn’t cool it down. We like to sleep in cool… even with the windows open it didn’t cool down. We didn’t contact the hotel staff though, no time during the day when we should have. We would stay again though and hopefully won’t have the same issue.

Very nice restaurant, courtesy of the staff, comfort of the rooms, pool was smaller but clean and comfortable temperature.

I had called the week prior to schedule a shuttle from the airport. Found out within 5 minutes of designated pickup time that the shuttle would not be running and I was to take a taxi. Thankfully, I was able to get one. When we arrived, I paid the driver. Was notified by reception that the bill for the taxi would be reimbursed. I am grateful for the prompt resolution .

The staff at the lobby were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. The restaurant at the lobby level was practical, the food was good and priced correctly and the staff did great. Good pillows

I prefer the mattress to be firm and the one I got was too mushy. A sign at the entry of the restaurant to let people know they could just go in and sit wherever they want would be a lot better than wondering how it works. The restaurant is fancy enough you would expect someone to place you at a table.

Nice modern hotel, lots of facilities in house. Restaurant bar was good for drinks in the evening. First stay in a hotel with my young dog, everything went very well. In general I would recommend this place.

Check in was disorganized and the person I was dealing with was not friendly and seemed a little arrogant and rude. Really that's my only complaint.

Restaurant was OK, fine if you are in need of food, but not the kind of place for a quiet romantic dinner…the background music choices were quite grating.

The fellow that met us at the airport with shuttle was great, Kyle at the desk was great and my new best friend at restaurant attached gave me a 7a.m. coffee and pastry on the house with a beautiful smile. So appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer. T Y

We were misled by a 3rd party as to where the Premiere was located and we were too overtired to delay bedtime upon arrival at midnight. Not the hotels fault really

Airport shuttle , drivers were excellent. The swimming pool was great Bed very comfortable Kettle(jug) was a great bonus.

Breakfast was not very hot, plates were cold so food went cold quickly. Check in was slow as only one staff, but it was close to midnight, so to be expected.

There was a Canadian Tire nearby, so it was nice to go there to buy things I needed. The hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom, but the staff fixed the breaker and they were very kind. The room was very clean and cozy.

There was nothing particularly bad, but if I had to say one, the hotel was far from downtown.
