Overall value was great especially since we were able to use the EV charger for free and overnight (there are two onsite). We paid $95USD for one night. The breakfast was good and came free with the room( eggs, bacon, potatoes, MYO waffles, yogurt, coffee, fresh fruit, juice, pastry, hard boiled eggs). It was a nice clean dining area with good hot food. Plenty of outdoor onsite parking, so no worries about anyone scratching or dinging your car. The location is walkable and is close to Metrotown Mall and lots of restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is quite old and the rooms are a tight fit but just fine for sleeping.

Good basic room. Clean and the front desk team managed to get us checked in early, which was great as we were able to put all our luggage into the room before we returned our rental car. They also stored our many suitcases on our last day before we went to the airport. Easy to get into downtown Vancouver on the Skytrain, but it is 30+ minutes from the hotel including the walk. Often no seats on the train so if mobility is an issue, it would be worth staying closer to Vancouver. We really enjoyed some of the restaurants in Burnaby and not having to drive our rental car in downtown, so this was not an issue for us. Breakfast was okay - what you expect from a North American breakfast buffet. Wouldn't have paid money for it, but it was good as a freebie. Coin laundry was really appreciated and useful.

No concerns, we got what we paid for. A little dated, but it was a good price.

Essay access to the sky train a very short walk away. Near to the metro mall. Breakfast was provided- basic but was adequate. Beds were comfortable and pillows lovely.

The curtains in the room were dirty. The room had a lingering odour- needs addressing. A bit out dated for a chain hotel. Breakfast needs a bit of care and attention by the hotel. The breakfast is provided in the Chinese restaurant next door and not very big. A few queues to be endured but nothing major. Paper plates at breakfast- Not a good promotion of your hotel. More if a motel in my opinion.

Honestly for Vancouver standards, I think it was a good value. For American standards- no. Location wasn’t bad if you have a car, it’s 30-40 min to the center, 10 min to Walmart and train. We didn’t mind the drive. If you don’t have a car, don’t stay here, pay more and stay more central. Breakfast was good. Again, decent for American standards, but I know how much food we waste in the states, so it was good. You get coupons for breakfast. I want to thank staff for being kind and helpful. We didn’t have any Canadian cash on us and they helped me out by exchanging money with me so I could use laundry. It was so much needed for me and I was so appreciative. As far as local walking distance eateries, there are a few Asian places, Denny’s, 7-11.

Room was overall clean but honestly feels old. It just needs a remodel. Sofa is absolutely horrible. I felt so bad for my kids. I wanted another room with 2 beds instead of 1 and a sofa but unfortunately it wasn’t available. If I had to sleep on the sofa instead of kids, I would have looked for another hotel. Location. Unfortunately, we cannot afford central Vancouver during peak tourism season, cannot pay $400 a night, so I guess I got what I paid for.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and offers all you may need. The location is calm and safe, yet It is just a few minutes walk from a SkyTrain station (thus, less than 30 min from Vancouver downtown) and a big shopping mall. Gentle staff. The breakfast is good enough to start your day.

For that price is hard to get more in Vancouver area. the lighting of the rooms could be better.

I really liked the size of the room and the kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c did a great job of keeping the room cool even during a heat wave!

This was a minor issue, the sink had a leak underneath. I was only sleeping and showering in the room so I didn't want to raise a big deal about it. I did inform the front desk upon check out and they took the issue to heart and made detailed notes to get it repaired.

Breakfast was awesome and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable. There are so many great food places near the hotel, I wish we had more time to try them all. The skytrain station is a 10 minute walk away, and metrotown is a 15-20 minute walk away. Definitely a good place to stay as a jumping off point for your adventures.

There was a little bit of noise from nearby construction during the day, but that was it.

Lovely room, very comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was great and the pool is on the smaller side but still worth a dip on a hot day. Location is not bad, everything we did was within a 20-minute drive. Walking distance parks and trails too! Coffee in the lobby was my go-to!

Everything was to our liking!

Large, comfortable room including a small kitchenette. Very comfy bed and pillows, nice amenities and towels. Generous breakfast and coffee machine in lobby. Further from downtown than we realized but SkyTrain made sightseeing easy (about 10" walk to Royal Oak station), no parking hassles or traffic to deal with. Didn't use pool or gym.

Just me, worn carpet and didn't want to be barefoot.

The breakfast was great. There were hot food options, waffles, and pancakes along with cereal and muffins etc. The breakfast staff was very attentive. The room was nice. Bathroom was a little small but it was fine. There was a good sized fridge.

Prices were high this weekend due to Taylor Swift but it was still do able.
