Location's the best in Mont Tremblant. We paid a little more to get one of the newly renovated rooms and got one with a fantastic view of the village and the ski slopes. Every one of the staff members are extremely nice and helful. We didn't get the best weather but it's not the hotel's fault. Check out's at noon but valet and storing of luggage is til midnight so you could maximize your day.

Surprised to find that the towels provided are fairly old. Guess it's standard in North America but even for its hotel class you have to explicitly ask for specific amenities to be provided to you.

Despite its many positives, the Fairmont Tremblant does have its drawbacks. The prices for both room rates and on-site amenities can be on the higher side, which might not align with everyone's budget. Additionally, during peak seasons, the resort can become quite crowded, leading to longer waits for services and facilities, which can detract from the otherwise serene and luxurious experience.

Location, location! Price was great compared to other hotels in the Village. Amenities always good but staff is even better. The staff consistently happy & helpful.

Pool closing time is too early. It’s still summer so why not extend closing hours? Many guests in the pool nightly & told politely to get out due to closing time. Also a renovation has taken place over the last two summers & some of the new furniture takes away from the historical charm & preexisting furniture does clash.

Good for family with children. Excellent greetings at all departments especially the comptoir breakfast restaurant , the manager the staff, great valet parking service The first hotel in Canada applies the high standard and etiquette, warm and welcoming staff.. I loved the hotel.. the breakfast, the spa , the pool the housekeeping staff front desk.. thank you for making our stay memorable

Location, Ski-in, ski-out, outdoor hot pools, outdoor bar, aside from one of the valet staff(one of the older gents that claimed he'd been "doing this for 25 years!", all the staff were exemplary! Cant remember enjoying a hotel stay as much as we enjoyed this one.

Mandatory Valet service makes it painfully inconvenient toget anything left in personal vehicle. If urgently needed item, this can be infuriating. One of the valets seemed personally offemded that I wouldn't let him valet for me. theothers were great. I don't care about your feelings… It's a $200,000 car and it's been damaged by valets in the past. Accept it, emrace it and move on! Like his colleagues did. Aside from this, we had a stellar stay amd will likely return with our two teenage boys. To be clear I don't wish this man ill will… just hope you guys can remind him to be a tad more professional and not takes things so personally.

Everything is easy. Check in super fast. Staff extremely friendly. Ski valet is great. Pool and apres-ski also very good. Hotel was overall very clean.

Things that could be improved: 1) Bedroom was a bit dated and would be nicer if refurbished 2) Valet parking only option. It works extremely well and efficiently, although feels a little bit restrictive and its quite expensive.

I love our dinner at Lucille restaurant, amazing service, food. I love fresh water by the lobby ( new flavor every day). I loved seating by the 🔥 and music played during your stay. Absolutely amazing staff.

Hotel did not charged my vacation when I made reservations in October. It was a surprise at checkout to pay a full price. I was not expected. That was something that was not on the plan. I did not like coffee shop at T level on Saturday January 27, 2023 around 2-4 pm, there was absolutely slow service..only 2 customers in total: waiting time 33 minutes.

The location at Mont tremblant is unbeatable. We loved the pools and hot tubs, plus the après ski bar. The ski valet system was also top notch and the staff there were great.

The staff at the outdoor après bar were mostly indifferent which was a contrast from from the friendly car and ski valets. They would sell more drinks and food if they were more available and friendly.

Accepted the check in offer to upgrade to the gold rooms on the seventh floor. Had access to a lounge with revolving food treats, waters, juices, sodas and an honour bar. Very comfortable place to read. Included a morning continental breakfast that would put all others to shame. Staff were exceptional especially the car park valets and check in staff.

No balconies!

The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and accomodating. They answered all our questions and were always willing to help. We were very well recieved. I enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. In all of my travelling years I never had a hotel that recieved my family and I with this kind of compassion and service. I will definitely be returning soon :)

There were a lot of wasps at the outdoor pool areas.
