The hotel was delightful. The staff was exceptionally kind despite being overwhelmed with the influx of people due to the forest fires in the more northern part of the province. The room was nice, nothing special, just exactly what you think of when you think of a hotel room.

The location worked well for our purposes, but likely wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea. It was a bit industrial and there wasn't much within walking distance. The cleanliness of the exterior of the building left some things to be desired. There was an abundance of litter, cigarette butts, and other debris on the ground in the parking lot and nearing the entry at the front of the building.

The breakfast room was good. The bedroom had new laminate flooring which made the room so much better. We had stayed before when the old carpet was still there and it really needed changing. The bed, bathroom, linens were great. We had asked for a ground floor and they accommodated us. Staff were very personable. They put our freezer bags into their freezer for the night.

The mini fridge did not have a freezer compartment, which we need when we travel with our cold bags. So, a larger fridge would be nice. They did not have the curtains hung properly.

The front dude was a friendliness man I ever met like talk about excellent service 👏 and the older lady security guard man she was a big help by doing her job of watching my wheels n sisters wheels. I am definitely letting my other family know that this place is my number 1 in toon town that I'll recommend.

the black security hasn't shown respect by not responding to me when I was talking to him and the running water in the bath tub tab since we got in.

The reception staff were all extremely helpful, very pleasant and a pleasure to converse with! The room was clean and bed very comfy. Nice that the air conditioning unit fan was fairly quiet and worked well. Although I had to check out before breakfast was open, the fellow at the front desk told me to help myself to the items that he had already put out on the serving table. I will most definitely stay again!

the staff is very nice and friendly. room is comfortable and bed? comfortable. they had a jar of chocolate chip cookies. YUMMY! we have been to saskatoon the last three years in a row and we always stay at this hotel.

just a couple things. we were on the 2nd floor, but the elevator was out of service for a couple days. when i went to do laundry. the washer did not take long, but the dryer took major long to dry my clothes. but that was all long.

The breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. The room we stayed in (king suite) was large and had everything we needed. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price we paid!

Some of the furniture in the room was older and could have been updated/replaced. Although temporary, the construction outside was not particularly appealing. I was surprised that there was a snack vending machine but no drink vending machine.

I found the hotel to be pleasant and the staff was always friendly and ready to assist. There is a restaurant and a small casino like place next to the place and that provides choices on what to do, where to eat, etc. My food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast was very good.

The only thing I could say about this very nice place is the fact that there are 2 large painting/boards hanging from a wall as decoration and it is a very nice addition to the room however; when the vent blows air, it makes one of them move and it creates a repetitive sound, which is noticeable if you are not yet asleep. It took me a bit to find what was causing the noise and after I did, I just placed a face cloth in between the wall and the board and that fixed the issue.

Got a good deal on a 1 bedroom King Suite at last minute when we desperately needed a room for the night. The hallways are showing some wear and tear but our room was in very good condition. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, the 2 large LED TV’s worked perfectly and were of excellent quality . The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would consider staying here again. It’s also close to the airport.

Condition of flooring and trim in hallways. Pallets and boxes of materials and supplies piled in the front reception area, not put away. I would not try to relax here.

Very helpful and polite staff. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Huge room and very clean. Great shower. Tasty breakfast with large selection of food. Close to the airport.

It was a bit far to city centre, but very close to bus stop. However, it was close to airport and you can't have both so decide what is more important to you.

Very welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our stay. We had a large suite which is separated from the bedroom. Everything was a 10 except the breakfast which was an 8. Coffee and cookies at the front desk was a nice tiuch

Not a nice neighbourhood for walking. Breakfast all about foods not suited tor diabetics - need a protein and fruit.
