Stayed here twice - the first and last night of our holiday. Last night was last minute as our plane was delayed. The staff were lovely and both rooms we had were clean and comfy. Wifi was good. Shuttle to and from the airport was good - ran every 15 minutes. Good parking for the rental car. Only bad things that we can think of is that there wasn't enough room at breakfast on our 2nd stay. Good food and variety but eating between 8 and 9 was very busy and nowhere to sit. On the first stay, we got there when it opened and there was noone there. Timing matters.

One night stay after long flight. The location and shuttle service from the airport is great and the hotel is across the parking lot from several car rental companies which made getting a car very convenient. The king studio room was ok, but the pillows on the bed are not so comfortable and the blankets are too thick. The towels are adequate but also not so comfortable. Both the pillows and towel quality should match the price point for this type of hotel. The breakfast quality was really good and all of the staff were both friendly and good natured.

This was our second stay in a week and was the perfect stopover on our way from the south to the north of the country. The hotel had kept some of our luggage for us during the week we were in Osa and we could make use of the hotel’s laundry and gym. There is also a pool although we didn’t use it. The room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker so we could cater for ourselves in the evening as well as having the excellent breakfast which was included. We also hired a car from Vamos which is directly opposite the hotel and that was extremely easy.

Short ride away from the airport. The hotel has a airport shuttle that runs for 24 hours a day, and one leaves every 15 minutes. I was very thankful for this when our 5 AM flight was inevitably delayed. There is a bar, restaurant, and gift shop right inside the hotel so we didn’t even have to leave when we got here, which we were thankful for after our tiring vacation. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and lots of outlets

Our air conditioning wasn’t really working. We also had an adjoining room, which we were not expecting. The door was locked, but I could hear the people inside their room next to us. not much the property could do about this, but thought I would mention.

The hotel is very close to the airport and the car rental i usel this time so it was very easy to pick up and return the car. I spent two weeks at this hotel for work and I really liked that it was very clean, it has very nice and friendly staff and had a good gym and pool area. I will definitely stay here again if I come back. The hotel also had a travel agent on site and I went on two trips that were really nice. I also got a local SIM-card to my phone from this agent.

The water flow in the shower and zink are a bit low which is a bit frustrating when washing your hair. But the water was hot which I like. Very little to complain about.

Slept like a baby. It was very quiet even though so close to the airport and highway! The location is very close to the airport, and they have a shuttle bus available, which made it very easy to get there. All of the staff were very polite and their English was very good. They have a washing machine and dryer available next to the lifts, which was awesome for my friend, she could wash all evening and travel on with fresh clothes. In total, I'd book the hotel again.

In the room, there was a coffee maker. However, the available coffee bags were for 6 cups, which was too much for us. There is no regular breakfast available before 6 or 7 a.m., I honestly only remember. They gave me a bag of breakfast, and there were multiple coffee and tea options available. The only thing is that the apple that was in the breakfast bag was not good inside.

Close to airport with parking. A couple minutes from EC rental cars, and 5 minutes from Walmart which made it a good choice for embarking on our self-drive holiday.

Check-in took well over an hour. They didn't have enough people working the desk which was not very welcome after having just travelled for 20+ hours. I noticed other people having issues with check-in (like having to return after finding someone else in the room they were allocated, which further exacerbated our wait in the queue).

Ideal location close to airport that has a free reliable airport shuttle that runs to both domestic and international terminals every 15 minutes, 24hrs per day. Entire hotel was clean and comfortable, with helpful friendly staff. Nice bar/restaurant in reception area, with great staff. Check out was fast and efficient and receipt arrived by email within 24 hrs.

Bar/restaurant in reception area was small in area and had limited opening hours (6pm to 10pm). In room AC unit was noisy.

It is a good and comfortable option for someone wanting to stay close to the airport. The stuff was friendly and helpful, A/C in the room was working great, breakfast was ok. Shuttle service was very nice, they picked us up more than an hour after our initial arrival time, as we spent ages at the airport looking for lost luggage. The local people/guards in front of airport were really friendly, called the hotel for us to arrange the shuttle bus.

A/C in our room was quite loud but it didn’t bother me much. The internet was spotty, at least in our room. In the lobby it worked good. Bear in mind that the hotel is very close to the airport but it is not a walking distance as it may look on the map. It is however not a problem because you can arrange the shuttle bus pick up with the hotel.

We had a late night departure from SJO back to the states so we need a place for a quick stay and shower, this was the perfect location. My favorite thing was the fact that Alamo had a service where you just dropped your keys in a key box and they came and picked up the rental car. Also the hotel had breakfast bags for people had early morning flights and the shuttle was ready in 5 minutes. Denny's is in walking distance if you chose not to eat in the hotel resturant.
