The room was very large and clean, the bed comfortable. Lots of space for clothes and toiletries. Did not use the swimming pool or gym. Very good room for meetings. Convenient rental car offices in the building.

The hotel is surrounded by very busy streets. Traffic noise is very loud in the morning. Not very central but 20 minutes walk to the tourist center. Mostly too expensive for the value.

Loved the coffee maker in the room. Just note there is a charge.for the LaVazza pods. The Club is great for breakfast and a drink in thr evening. Airport bus right outside the hotel (side of the hotel) Very close to the conference center. There had been a mess up with the original hotel that I booked and they were so sweet and let me check in early which I appreciated as I had not had much sleep the night before. I will be returning next year

Such polite, welcoming and efficient staff, from teh reception to the kitchen to the room services staff. Everyone made their best to make it a very warm place. For instance, in the restaurant, Alfonso, remembered that I have black tea in the morning, and would bring it to me right away. Adorable staff!

I didn't have a lamp working, and had troubles with the telephone. But when I reported, it was taken care of in minutes.

Beds were really comfortable, large cool and quiet rooms. Paid extra for the Club membership, in which we were able to take advantage of drinks and snacks in the evening on the 5th floor and a buffet breakfast in the morning. It suited us just to have a few snacks in the evening rather than go back out to find a restaurant, as we had been walking all day. We had some wine and cheese, sandwiches, and pastries. Staff were great.

Huge, modern hotel above a shopping centre? It sounds awful but it really is very good. Great location. Spacious room. Really comfortable bed with lovely linen. Excellent room servicing. Good shower. Nicely furnished if a little old fashioned. Quiet, clean, safe. Pool great - decent size, good temperature, comfortable sunbeds. Would definitely recommend.

Location to Paseo de Montejo is fabulous. Close to loads of restaurants, shops, Walmart etc. And still walkable to Centro. Room is spacious and comfy bed. Great sized bathroom and AC works well (a must in this part of the world)

Staff were definitely hit and miss, Fantastically friendly in the concierge and yet in the Club Lounge - the staff were mixed. One staff member was particularly rude. Not only to us but to others there that same night. We ended up talking to some of the other guest who expressed how disappointed they were also in the lack of service in the Club Lounge.

Nice building. They keep up the facility and the Christmas arrangements were my wife favorites.

The steam bath and the sauna were not working. Also the water in the jacuzzi was room temperature. They also charged me 4 dlls for every coffee capsule in my room (not nice)!

Check in and out was very easy. LOVED the beautiful pool.

Breakfast was excellent on the weekend but terrible Monday. Only one poor waiter to serve the whole room. Food selection abysmal. No eggs. Had to wait a long by time for coffee

Big hotel and shopping mall in the best location of America, close to everything. Nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

There is a lot of noise in the building. Had my room changed to a higher floor but it didn’t help so much.

The food was delicious and the service was beyond exceptional. Everything was clean and well maintained. My room wasn’t super quiet because of its location, but it didn’t really affect me much. I had a great stay.

I couldn’t get the wi-fi to work, but I also didn’t try hard enough because I was out and about enjoying the city.
