The hotel is nice and very clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff is truly friendly and available to support in any other need. The breakfast was ok, and the pool was big and clean as well. Though I didn't use it, I've noticed there were a lot of spaces special for kids both indoors and outdoors, and a list of activities such as pilates or gymnastics for the guests to join.

A few things highlight the fact that this was once a great hotel but it is now getting old (though super clean!): the sheets were clean, but old, some floor boards were raising, some doors were peeling. Nothing that makes the guests feel unconfortable or in an unclean space, but it does not match a 4 star hotel. Also, there were few amenities in the bathtub.

Good parking, nice room, hot shower, clean, really nice pool area..great breakfast- excellent fruit juices, jams, bread, cereal, eggs, good quality sausages & good coffee & cakes. Very friendly staff, especially the young man who managed breakfast and the night girl who rang a restaurant for us. Fab kebab shop in the town - BD Star Kebab..very busy, great durum wraps, nice friendly staff.

The location is a bit random, surrounded by sand dunes/ pine forest which can't be driven through so no access to coast. I'm not sure why you would visit whilst on holiday other than as a half way stop between the Algarve & Lisbon. A few restaurants, supermarkets and a few bars. No clear centre.

The facilities were free to walk the people were friendly and polite and helpful. The whole staff specially the barman very professional. The rooms were very clean and organised. The water runnin in my bathroom so warm.

Nothin really everything was good. I found the breakfast poor. There was no really much going on and I had to pay for the breakfast and wasn’t amazing that was the only downfall. But the local shops in front of the Hotel the bakery especially made a difference.

I had a lovely time, it’s a great hotel. Thankyou Margarite and the man at breakfast time for looking after me and my bike I will always remember your friendlines

It was New Year Eve and there was no eating/drinking option for those who did not want to pay and go to the party but the hotel did let me use the kettle for my pot noodle :-)

Loved the pancakes for breakfast! Great Location. Close to Comporta but at the same time the hotel is close to amazing beaches that are not as touristy as the ones near Comporta etc.!

There was a machine noise at night in our room which we were not happy about….

The staff were kind, honest and friendly and very helpful. There was a secure place to store my bicycle. The room was very comfortable and a good swimming pool.

The chef needs a lesson in vegetarian cooking. My evening meal was disappointing. But the breakfast was great.

Great facilities, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Also, the windows are great! Really big bathtub.

Mosquitos coming in from the vents, we killed like 6 or more in one night. The pillows aren't that great.

The pool space was great, like the room that was very spacious and comfortable. A very good hotel for families with kids and for young couples as well. Breakfast had a lot of variety, good flavours and fresh food.

The bar could be improved, other than that we were very satisfied with the stay.

For my business trip, this location worked perfectly for me. I've also had one free day to walk in Sines roman fort and old city streets, have a very good lunch and have a look at the impressive beaches/cliffs b/w Sines and Porto Covo. Windy, wet, very lonely in December.

Very large pool which was very inviting. Unfortunately arrived late in the day so did not use it. Left early the next morning. Meals ok but buffet expensive. Nice beaches nearby and visited Melides
