Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Fresh fruit for breakfast and a beautiful view from the balcony

The room didn’t get warm enough. The heater wasn’t strong enough to keep the temperature up. I had to keep the heater in the bathroom running as well. Parking was not available even though it was advertised. My room was on the second floor and no matter what, I had to carry my suitcase at least 6 steps down to the elevator and then again 6 steps up to my room. Not convenient for older people.

We chose this hotel for the view from the balcony over the harbour and ocean and it didn't disappoint. The view, day and night, is stunning and it was lovely to keep the balcony door open at night and listen to the waves below. The hotel is also very centrally located with a number of great restaurants within walking distance.

The streets of Sines are very narrow and when you first arrive it isn't easy to find where to park (although this is actually very close to the hotel). It would be great if the location of the parking (either by What3Words or google) could be sent in advance or put on the hotel website. There is a great spread put on for breakfast but the dining room was very hot. There is a completely unfurnished terrace on the roof of the hotel which could be made into a really lovely place to sit if chairs, umbrellas etc were provided.

A beautiful, clean/modern hotel in old town Sines overlooking the beach and the port to the side. VERY friendly staff to welcome us and take our luggage. Our room had a balcony with 2 chairs and a little table for enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. Very easy to walk to restaurants and the castle is very close - for reference. There are many winding streets and stairways to get down to the ocean/beach. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the ships get guided in with the tugboats. We parked on the street close to the hotel - very tiny streets!!! There seemed to be a few parking lots scattered around as well. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful- a great way to start a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room view was excellent with a balcony and table and chairs. The room had limited facilities but the staff were eager to help us out like cultery and a cork screw. They also gave us good suggestions for dinner and sightseeing.

Breakfast was okay but due to us visiting in winter the hotel had limited turn over of the buffet breakfast. Maybe in slow times it could be an order system for breakfast.

The location is excellent; the sound of the ocean at night is soothing and makes it easy to fall asleep. A morning walk on the beach energizes and uplifts you for the day. There’s no city noise, which makes the stay even more peaceful. The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast was varied and satisfying. I can only imagine how wonderful it must be to stay here during the summer months.

The balcony view out to sea. Good location for bars and restaurants. Helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast, but the room needed more ventilation - open windows.

Steep walk to the beach. The cliff side elevator was permanently out of order. Pillows were flat and thin.

Some parts of the hotel including my room and the downstairs breakfast eating area were not air conditioned. Although that may not be an issue most of the year, the week I was staying was unusually warm.

Location was great for access to beach. Close to supermarket and laundry. At the end of the street is a great cafe with really good food and coffee. View from the balcony was beautiful. The staff at this property went above and beyond so professional and friendly. Being able to use beach towels and umbrella was very much appreciated. Parking on the streets around the hotel was easy however I would imagine could become difficult in busier times.

Bed was a little hard

Nine years ago I was staying in the same charming hotel right in the middle of the old town. At that time the place seriously required renovation, without losing its charm and outstanding view of the bay and hospitality. Nowadays everything is up-to-date, including USB power sockets. Also a roof terrace with an extra kick to the view has been installed.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Espesicialy Katia. She was very pleasant and helped me find parking. TYhere is a small cliffsise cafe/resturant only 200 ft away with a beautuful view of the harbor . Also there is a nice backery cafe near (5 min walk). Breakfast and the breakfast room was perfect. It also had view of the beach.

Hard to drive to. Hard to find.
