A Beautiful Suite room with a fantastic en suite huge jacuzzi bathtub! Everything was very clean and the facilities were all good. There is a little fridge in the room which was most useful aswell as the full kitchen facilites downstairs. The location is not central in town but if you have transport there is a good choice of several amazing beaches nearby. We highly recommend the supreme fish restuarant near the sand dunes called O Dunas Mil, the best fish and seafood in town! We were very happy with the accommodation and we will return again.

The kitchen definitely needs a new fridge as the current one is old, rusty and the door is held on by tape! Parking is very challenging outside the property so if you come in your own vehicle or hire car be prepared with a wish for a successful parking space!

Very clean every day. Jacuzzi and pool were great since going into the sea at this time of the year might be a bit unpleasant. Private hot tub was also great. Mini frige in the room was a pleasant surprise. The mirror over the bed was definitely a surprise.

Location is not great, there's no view. But it's fairly close to town. Could do with a warmer, less brighter lamp in the actual room, too much white lights. Toilet wasn't refilling water properly after usage. Would be great to have some robes to wear to and from pool sauna jacuzzi area

We loved our stay, enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The bbq outdoors was also great to cook up a lovely meal. The area is also close to the shops but little parking right outside the house. There is a back street on the left that is hidden so plenty of street parking there. The house has 9 rooms on 4 floors. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. My daughter had a wonderful time too, she's says it was excellent!

The suite room was lovely and the bath was amazing! The communal kitchen was fabulous and well equipped. The place was immaculately clean and checkin was easy and friendly. Milfontes is a beautiful little place with some stunning wild beaches and pretty river. There is a fabulous garden centre close to the guest house too.

We did not like the huge mirror above the bed! Although it might be to some people’s taste! Parking was in limited supply in this area! I was glad my car was small! Although still had to park quite far from the guest house on one of the evenings.

+ Outside pool and jacuzzi was really nice. +Room size and bathroom were nice and clean. +You have a small fridge in your room which is highly appreciated specially during a hot summer.

-Sauna was temporary closed. -Checking in was terrible. You have to do the check in literally 3km away from the guest house as they only have 1 reception, so good luck trying to park at their beach front nice hotel to do it and comming back to your guest house. Very bad organised. - Check in time is 16.00 (which is abusive) and check out time at 11, so they need 5h to clean your room, which was clean but man, 5h to do that??

I seemed to be the only guest in the house in the evening, so had the pool and jacuzzi for myself, which was awesome. The room is big and comfy, I enjoyed my stay.

i guess in the off season they don’t have a reception at the house, but 5km away and you are informed only via a second email that I have missed. For walkers it’s not the greatest thing, but they were kind enough to being me the key and I’ve sent my ID via whatsapp. The house was completely dark and it is quite the challenge to figure out where lights for the pool are or how to get to it etc.

Cleaning lady was very helpful. Wasn't expecting a change of towels or room cleaning because we were only there 2 nights. When I asked, she was able to sort out the TV issue. Jacuzzi, NICE

My room had a portable air-conditioning unit, which worked fine but was very noisy, couldn't open the window at night because guesthouse is located on a busy street, that noise was worse than the unit. Also no wifi password anywhere, had to call. No one seemed to know it, but they did end up finding out quickly. Also TV wasn't working. Programming problem. I didn't ask for help with that, short stay didn't want to deal with it.

it was so clean and the rooms were massive and the swimming pool. indoor was so clean as was the jacuzzi. with free tea and coffee at hand day or night spacious longe and massive comunal kitchen. however for a very modest sum a full a la carta breakfast. is available for you with all you can eat and more. what’s more the guest house was very quiet and private. I would definitely book again

It has a nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna which can be used by the guests. The room was cozy and had a nice private bathroom. Would recommend it.

The jacuzzi was a bit dirty, it could be cleaned more often.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The shared rooms were always very neat and tidy. The pool, sauna and whirlpool are a plus for this accommodation!
