The rooms are well equiped and nicely set up. The service we received was very friendly and very uncomplicated. The breakfest was everything we wanted with a lot of variety in bread and other food like fruits and eggs.

Unfortunately the rooms are very poorly soundproofed so you can hear basically everything. In the morning you could hear some kind of pump (probably from the pool on the roof) and neighbours showering, which is unfortunate for late sleepers.

Totally new appartments with big, modern shared kitchen. Pool on the roof top with a fantastic view! So modern New and fresh.

To check in you need to go to hotel HS Milfontes Beach 800 meters away from Lazy Dayz. Crazy as you then have a code to the main door in the building and then to your room. I mean think that all this including scanning of passport could have been done online. We had a car so no worries but if you come to the bus station, right next to Lazy Days then you have to drag your big suitcase all the way down to check in and then up again. to Lazy Days.

The property is recently renovated. The room was spacious. Good shower with strong pressure and hot water. Location is great, close to good restaurants. Brwakfast served in a cafe downstairs, with a wide selection of cakes and sandwiches.

The rooftop pool was open in mid-April. But water is not heated, so on a chilly and windy day it is too cold to get in. Check-in and breakfast handled by the cafe team, who alos had to look after cafe customers. Thus if fealt like they had little time for hotel guests.

The girl that receive us was not nice

The room on the 1st floor is really 4star hotel. Great bed, great bathroom, airco. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus and the cafe downstairs has a fresh bakery with the best stuff. Reception staff and cleaning were very kind and friendly

It may be our mistake, but we missed that the "living room" annex kitchen is a shared space. No problem. Just realize there is no cooking option. We had a room on the back side with a balcony, but the air conditioner or exhaust from the kitchen was quite noisy until 1am. Too bad that some of the café staff were ill tempered.

Great place, good location and clean shared house. I would come again

The soundproofing could be better. We could here other rooms blasting the TV late at night. The check in process is a little bit over complicated given the nature of the stay. We had to go to a big hotel show IDs and everything. It was the only place in all our roadtrip where we had to do an old fashioned check in

Good location, close to the market, cafes, shopping and easy parking options. The shared facilities were perfect, as there are only 7 apartments it's a nice space to make a cup of tea, enjoy a chat. We enjoyed the pool area during the day and to watch the sunset in the evening. Vila Nova de Milfontes is a gorgeous little seaside spot to easily while away a few days.

The bed was very comfortable. Small rooms, but with everything you need. The swimming pool space is very peaceful to read a book early in the morning

Very nice accommodations, The rooftop pool and lounging area was outstanding for a late evening drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us set up. Plesent little town with great dining options within easy walking distance. And of course, there's great beaches nearby.

My only complaint was that we only had time to spend one night!

Amazing hotel, with nice bedroom. There is just a few rooms, where you are sharing the kitchen with living room. And the best thing is the infinity pool on the roof. It’s quiet area so you can just chill and enjoy
