The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner offer a wide range of food and we were quite happy. It was our second stay at this hotel since 2021. High level of cleanliness (rooms, swimming pool, ...).

A few minor things: 1) The fitness centre is not located in the hotel, but affiliated with the hotel and 10 min of walking away. 2) We had the room with the Spa Bath outside – the privacy while taking a bath there (with bathing suit) is quite limited, as people entering the restaurant through the staircase could look into that area. The privacy shield/visual cover should be higher or at least adjustable. 3) Double bed could be a bit bigger.

The view from the restaurant and the upper balconies were amazing 👏 😍 The staff was helpful and friendly without being too invasive. Buffet was great value for money 💰 🤑

The best rooms available (most expensive) on booking look very romantic and intimate in the pictures, but they're not. The jaccuzzi is below street level and that little area visible to everyone who's walking outside. The view from these rooms is awful (the road and people walking by), eventhough they're on the same side as the restaurant. These rooms are not worth the price!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I could check out at 4 in the morning without any trouble. the restaurant was clean and the food was good. the rooms were clean and had a very beautiful view over the ocean. the view from the restaurant was very nice as well. the beds were good.

the bathroom was a little out dated with a tiny shower head while standing in a bathtub. The bathrooms could use a little renovation in my opinion. They were clean though and that's most important.

Great views from our balcony at the front over the beach/river/sea. Excellent buffet evening meal with lovely views. Great breakfast. Comfortable large bed. The updating inside in the shared areas has worked well. Helpful reception. The staff in the restaurant realised I had left my glasses on the table and before I had even realised I had lost them they were giving them back to me.

The bathroom was a bit tired and needed more upgrading but everything else was good. The parking is limited but there is a lot of free parking just 20m from the hotel in the same road so it does not really matter once you have dropped your bags.

Very nice staff, nice room with hot tub outside. Breakfast is very good with amazing view on the river/sea. You can make your own fresh orange juice by putting the oranges in the automatic machine. It doesn't come any fresher than that: very nice touch! All of this give a perfect start of the day. They also serve buffet dinner with sushi, grill and pizza station above the self-serve for a very reasonable price. Food was very good!

The room is spacious and very clean, the mattress is comfortable and the view of the beach is amazing. Very friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the beach and to the city center. We enjoyed walking around the city center and also we tried few restaurants and we had very tasty dishes. I also love they buffet restaurant. The dishes are for all tastes and very delicious. And the prices are very convenient. Amazing view from the restaurant terrace. And the wine is just amazing. We tried Porto wine Dona Antonia -wow- do not try it because you will take it home with you :-)))))))))))

What I didn't like? Oh... I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer :-))))))))))))

Everything was perfect!, we had a room with a jacuzzi bath, was fab, the facilities in the room exceeded our expectations for sure! Every detail was covered and to a great standard too, we will of course be returning soon. We reside in Portugal this will be our little peaceful break, such fab surroundings and a great pool too. Thankyou.

Such a shame to say, but the bed was a little small, comfortable in every way , we are not big people but the bed was a little snug for us. Otherwise 10 out of 10 for sure. 007 was our room. Great other than that, it didn't ruin our time at all and the location was perfect, we will be back.

Great Location - about 10/15 mins walk from the Bus Stop, right on the confluence of Mira River and the Ocean. Nice restaurants located within 5/10 mins walk. The hotel's restaurant serves fixed buffet only - but a very good and tasty spread.

The room we took were perfectly equipped with a small kitchenette - but was located below the road level. People walking on the Road could look down into the space - so you had to keep curtains closed. For the restaurant - it is sometimes nice to have ala carte menus :) if you want a light lunch/small dinner.

This is no reflection on the staff. They were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel owners should look at the hotel, it's rated 4 star however, it is in need of refurbishment. Cracked mirror in our bathroom, stained bath. Faded paint work. The hotel did not meet our expectations. For a 4 star, it was tired and in need of an upgrade.
