The room facilities is good. There are two chairs which allow two person to use the table at the same time. This is the first time I see such good design! There is a Sony SmartTV in the room and you can watch youtube, netflix with your own login. There is a airport bus stop right outside the hotel, it's very convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Free breakfast is offered for all customers. Surprisingly, the breakfast restaurant is not too crowded though I stayed there during public holidays in Japan. The food variety for breakfast is good. Food is refilled quickly and the staff are helpful.

The hotel location is not close to main shopping area and you need to take a taxi (around 10 mins and cost you around 1000 yen) to Takamatsu station or Ferry pier. You can walk around 10 mins to the Lion shopping street and you will find many restaurants and shops. There are not many convenient stores in Takamatsu city. There is a 7-11 if you walk around 5-7mins from the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. The library area for resting and relaxing is a great idea and providing scales to check the weight of your luggage is very reassuring as airlines such as HKexpress have now stopped allowing you to have a combined weight allowance with the person you travel with. After check out the hotel also provides a very convenient and user friendly luggage storage.

The pillows were not very comfortable and the hotel was located very close to some 5G antennas which ended up giving me headaches when in the room. Perhaps the hotel could invest in some anti 5G screening measures as it won't only be guests being irradiated but also the staff.

Stayed in their twin room - very large, definitely worth the small surcharge compared to their small double room. Clean and convenient, excellent value for money. Their standard breakfast has some good options, not fantastic, but good enough for a short stay. Convenient location. We asked for a quiet room and got a room facing away from the street, so it was indeed quiet. It was possible to open the window of the room.

We asked to extend our stay and it was not straightforward to discuss with the reception about the availability of the room types, but that was just a minor issue.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the main attractions, with a tramway stop nearby and plenty of restaurants and stores around. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but charmless and standard. Staff is attentive and fluent in English. It's a good choice for money value.

The premises are very busy. Tons of tourists leave and arrive all the time. Breakfast is rather poor and crowded. It's more a westernized hotel than a Ryokan.

This is a new hotel, well design for convivence and comfortable. The hotel is located at the end of the shopping arcade although it is not near the station, but many shops and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast is included in the room fee. Quality of food is good.

The car park at the hotel is busy and most of the time full. The services at the front desk are limited (not so willing to help) and the receptionists are extremely busy during the peak hours.

Breakfast was good - substantial, varied, interesting and tasty. The staff at the front office went above and beyond to be nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We liked the hotel. The library/ common area was charming with many interesting books. The hotel has a very convenient (and free) method of storing luggage (although I would not recommend leaving valuables in stored luggage in any circumstances).

Well located close to a large shoutengai and a Marunaka supermarket, the hotel had everything a Henro requires, including inhouse laundry facilities. The staff were courteous and helpful and the electronic system very user friendly. The complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. The room had a comfortable bed and a very good hot shower. Thoroughly recommended.

The pillows were hard as a brickstone, an option to have a softer pillow would have been appreciated Our room went to the street side. If you opened the window (which we loved for fresh air during the night) the noise from the street was very loud.

Great location, comfortable bed, breakfast is good and served in a book cafe which was really cute. Facilities were great, we had a lot of washing to do so the laundry was a real bonus.

The pillows are dreadful. We got extras from housekeeping and having two made it bearable, but only just. Room was quite small with nowhere to store baggage, luckily we only had small suitcases.

The hotel provides valuable services meet our expectations. Not very fancy, but realistic without overcharge. The staff who can understand and speak English really stands out among all accommodations along the way we took during this trip.

If the hotel could provide more parking spaces, that will be great. Customers have to find parking stations although the hotel did give us map. Imaging it's the first time we visit this city and the weather was not that nice (cold and rainy).
