We chose the hotel based on its airport location. It has been recently refreshed so very good level of comfort. We thought it was very good value for money including breakfast.. We highly recommend the breakfast buffet which presented very well with a wide variety of choice and the staff kept refreshing the dishes in a timely manner. We took advantage of the hotel's airport shuttle service which meant it was easy to get to the airport terminal.

It was built in a commercial neighbourhood so not a terribly interesting location and few alternative dining choices.

Beautiful interior, large rooms with a comfortable King bed. Free shuttle and shuttle and only 5 minutes by shuttle from airport.

Only issue was that they forgot our 4 am wake-up call. Fortunately, it was for back up in case I slept through my phone alarm.

I’ve stayed a couple of times in this hotel when arriving late to Barcelona airport due to flight delays or wanting to wait for the next morning to collect my hire car, and I would stay again anytime that this happens. The rooms are excellent: big and comfy beds and excellent shower room. Free shuttle service from/to the airport. Their breakfast buffet is excellent, plenty of savoury and sweet options to choose from. I didn’t get it the first time because I thought it was too expensive but the second time time, I had to wait for 1/2 hour for their shuttle service and I was hungry so I thought I might as well. And it was well worth the money. It actually felt more like a lunch buffet than a breakfast buffet! The only reason it doesn’t get a 10/10 is because of the lack of service during night time hours. One of the times I got there after a very long delayed journey, all I needed was something to eat and a drink, and this was not available. But either than that, everything was excellent.

Great location! We had a 24 hours layover and did not want to be confined in the airport hotel but wanted something nearby. The townhouse room option gave us alot of space to reorganise our luggages. Had complimentary minibar as well! Good working space in the lobby.

a more extensive food menu would have been great. Someone apparently ordered a sandwich and sparkling water at midnight and bill it to our room which delayed our check out the next day for around 20 minutes as the receptionist was trying to figure out what happened. As we had to catch our uber, I told the receptionist to please check with their night staff or cctv as we were sound asleep at the time of the receipt.

Early check in (7.00 AM) after a long-haul flight was a blessing and for a very affordable cost. Hotel facilities are functional but well designed and taken care off. No noise in spite of being just next to the airport. great choice if location is not an issue and you just fancy a functional stay convenient from all angles. The staff was very professional and the breakfast buffet quite good quality and with a wide variety of choices. Gym is not very big, but has very good equipment and open 24 hours

Came for a short stay. All was good. Nothing really to complain about.

We had 3 suitcases when we left. I did not realize that the shuttle was so far away from the front door of the hotel. At least far away when you are 87 and have 3 suitcases. We just made the shuttle with the help of a young black girl from your front desk who carried most of our luggage herself and helped load same in the shuttle. I regretted at that time that I just had a few 50 euro notes and nothing smaller which did not allow me to acknowledge her greatly appreciated assistance. If you still have my credit card information please give her 10 euros for me and charge my credit card for that. Please tell her how much my wife and I appreciated her assistance as well as her strong abilities with her relatively small frame. Sandy Green

Your shuttle could have been right outside your entrance for those with disabilities (like my wife and I) and those that have a lot of luggage.

The hotel is lovely and close to the airport, and the bar / restaurant very good. Lovely design. Close to the charming town of Barajas so easy to walk-about and get dinner /drinks. We have stayed in this town numerous times for flights into-and-out-of Madrid.

The info on the shuttle was not consistently communicated by the staff. We waited FOREVER for our pickup, and the staff did nothing to make up for our delay. May have been a snafu but left a bad taste in our mouth. We'd stay at the hotel agin, but take an Uber or a taxi to the property next time.

My flight landed early morning at 8am. After going through immigration, getting my luggage and waiting for the shuttle bus, I arrived after 10am at the hotel. Surprisingly there is room for me. I could take a shower before going to the city center. The staffs showed me how to take a bus to Plaça de Catalunya. Because my flight next day was at 6am so I didn’t spend time at the restaurant. I like the room as it is spacious and the facilities are new. The water and juices in the fridge are complimentary.

The area is deserted because there is no restaurant or shop nearby. You can eat only at the hotel. Or you have to take transportation to the nearest restaurant which I have no idea how far.

It is very close to the airport. Staff were all friendly. The only eating option was fine although a very limited menu. Bed is comfortable and room was quiet.

It really is the middle of an industrial area. Good for overnight to get an early flight. No other eating options at all. Finding the shuttle at the airport is not easy - need to revise your directions! We arrived on a bus and see a big A so head down and it ends at F! - we need G! Go around and then over the road.... you could see where others had had to do the same - not safe and very frustrating.

We booked this hotel last minute after disembarking a cruise and unable to get into the original hotel we booked or reach any staff. We were exhausted and it was pouring. Unfortunately we had hoped to spend our last day in Barcelona, but found this gem and decided to just stay close to the airport for convenience leaving the following day. The staff were extremely pleasant! Room was surprisingly spacious and appeared clean. Best part, there was a free airport shuttle.

There were no walkable restaurants, luckily we used Uber eats as the hotel restaurant didn’t appeal to us.
