The staff at reception were so helpful and courteous. I had a bicycle to pack for flying and they were so helpful in providing me the space to pack and store it till my departure and suggestions on where to get packing material. They arranged a taxi for me that was big enough to take the boxed bike to the airport. An amazingly helpful crew. The hotel is within easy access of many restaurants and supermarkets! Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

The elevators are a tiny bit slow.

The location is very close to Plaça Espanya so easy to get to/from the airport, and there's a metro station close by for getting around the city. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet. The small gym was equiped well enough (free weights as well as the usual treadmill and bikes).

The free wifi was pretty spotty in the room (worked much better in reception). The minibar snacks were very expensive but the menu clearly displays the prices so no complaints! I tried the poke bowl for lunch on the first day and was not very impressed, not terrible but the grumpy service (an exception) may have coloured my experience.

Nicely decorated hotel. Lovely reception and outside terrace area. Very good service. Offered a welcome drink on arrival, bottle of water in the room, kettle and tea in the room (no coffee though oddly), good breakfast offering. Stayed in 2 hotels in the vicinity and this was definitely the better one.

The bed was too soft for my liking. The room I stayed in was rather small, ok for a night or two but would be uncomfortable after that. The walls are thin you could hear others in surrounding rooms

Good location, 5 min walk to metro and train station. Staff were all very good - glass of cava on arrival was a much welcomed touch, as was the celebratory cava they left for us too ☺️ Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very stylish.

The room got very hot, as still considered winter when we came (March) so air conditioning not on, only hot air, meaning the room could get up to 26+

Would have liked the reception staff to suggest things to see, where to eat, to do close to the hotel. Instead, I was given a very large and overwhelming map of Barcelona, which in the end I didn't use. The map was really hard to read. Something else that would've been nice is to have the complimentary bottle of water replenished. Just one bottle of water for an 8 night's stay was not enough.

Great staff around the pool bar. Very friendly and entertaining. Lovely cocktails. Nice room, quite small but just enough for a few nights.

Bathroom / toilet impractical, the toilet roll holder is in the way of sitting down? You need to hold your arm away to sit down otherwise the toilet roll holder is bumping into you.. otherwise great.

Clean, comfortable and pretty much the best you could get for the price you are paying.

Pool area has a lot of pigeons that often poop on the frames of the pool so perhaps some regular cleaning of the main stairs could be done to avoid the dirt coming into contact with the pool or the guests.

The location was great 10-minute walk from Sans station. Staff were very friendly. Nice little touch with a glass of juice, water or cava on arrival too.

Very friendly staff who took the time to help us navigate the area and point out the public transport. The welcome drink was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff kept on top of replenishing things and cleaning tables. Great location for the train and metro stations.

Hotel was clean, good looking and nice. Staff were friendly and they spoke english fluently. position is good if you dont mind a small 15-20min walk. 20min walk to centre of city and same distance to camp nou. Also there was a supermarket close to hotel (50m). So it was great. Overall very good hotel.

Only thing that i didnt like was that the walls between hotel rooms were a bit thin. You could hear if someone was laughing or speaking in other room. I dont know if it was just our room because it was corner room. I didnt mind that but i feel like someone would not like that.
