excellent location next to services, shops, restaurants, beach, city centre. clean and quite big room, but it was on the side of the main street and there was a lot of noise from the traffic during the night. It is better to ask for a room on the back street which I expect it wlll be much less noisy. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices. The staff was very helpful, polite and available.

The opening time of the gym was late, at 09:30. It should at least be at 8-8:30 to have the time to exercise before having breakfast and also in order to have time to go the beach afterwards and have the opportunity to rent an umbrella and sunbed. If you go late to the beach you risk to stay without umbrella and sunbed due to high demand. Also it should have some more gym equipment and offer face towels. The fridge in the room was not very efficient. it keeps the water fresh but not really cool, compared to those in other hotels. I understand that it was quite old and may be should be replaced.

The location was perfect, around 4 minutes walk to the La Malagueta Beach. The historical centre was also like a 10 minutes walk with a lot of great restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the port which was also very nice. The beds in the hotel were very comfortable and big, different pillow choices were on the bed so you could find the one you feel comfortable on. There were extra blankets in the wardrobe. There was a little balcony to hang the towels/swimsuits to dry. Good air conditioning. We got our 3 rooms next to each other. There was a good safe in the room. Good hairdryer.

We asked if there is a chance for early check in as we were with a 2-year old, but not even for extra fee it was possible. There was no flip flops and bathrobes in the room, which is not common from a 4-star hotel. The balcony had no chairs and table, it was totally empty. I was satisfied with the hotel overall, but felt more like a 3-star hotel to me.

Great hotel. Especially in terms of location (near to the port & not far away from the old town either), great view from the balcony. The restaurant was also great and I really enjoyed the 3-course dinner (half plate booking). Service was great from reception to restaurant and breakfast. I also enjoyed the breakfast room, which was not overcrowded, even sparkling wine was available for those who enjoy a glass with the breakfast.

I’m a very light/bad sleeper, thus this is not a challenge for the most. Anyway, the sound proofing could be a little bit better, as one can heart the traffic etc. pretty clearly during the night.

We were warmly welcomed with smiles from the reception team, which instantly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room — and the entire hotel — was exceptionally clean, with a good layout, a very generous bed, and soft, high-quality linens that made it feel like a little haven. The complimentary bottled water was a lovely touch, and the plush towels and quality toiletries added to the sense of comfort. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and everything beautifully fresh. We also really appreciated how punctual and easy it was to book a taxi through reception — it arrived right on time! The location is fantastic too — within easy walking distance to the city centre, historic attractions, the beach, and great dining spots.

It feels a little harsh to mention, as everything else was superb, but the windows didn’t block out the street noise as well as we’d hoped, which made sleeping a bit tricky without earplugs.

The cleanliness in the room was very good. Staff are very helpful. Very close to amenities, like cafe down the road , supermarket close by ...restaurants near by. Walk to the city centre is 10 -15 mins walk. Bus stops are very close by. Bathroom shower are nice and powerful. The bath has jacuzzi in it. They provided with shampoo and body gel/ bath gel. They provided with toothbrush and paste too. Also had a razor pack along with shower cap. Very impressed with the service.

The bathroom had a glad door, no locks, and no shelves to hang the clothes. Also, the vents weren't working when the shower was on.

Beautiful hotel clean and comfortable bed big room perfect location close playa de la malagueta, shopping, and restaurants. lovely terrace at the 11 floor with a nice side view from the beach, city, harbour and castle of Gibralfaro. all staff are very friendly smile and helpful. The rooftop of the hotel was perfect to see the view of the sunset. Breakfast was delicious many choices of coffee cakes bread cereals and cheese. very well recommended and definitely will be back again.

My friend and I had very early tours which meant for 3 days we were unable to have breakfast but we were offered a picnic lunch which was very good having yogurt, cereal, fruit, bread and jam, water and a drink and a cookie, they also provided a gluten free option for my friend. The location was excellent just in front of the bullring and a stones throw away from the port with plenty of restaurants close by. There was also a taxi rank just outside the hotel. Very convenient for the park and within walking distance of the shopping area and cathedral.

The pillows were a little hard. It was difficult to leave the window open because it was on a main road and noisy at peak times.

Location fabulous. Near the beach and near downtown. Walking distance of minutes.

Shower did not work adequately. The bed was big, size was fabulous, but it was made of this memory foam, which I personally don’t like.

Location very good, but a little bit noisy from the street Room - normal Breakfast - good View - the best of all

When arrived - we found the bathroom trash can has not been changed from the previous quests.

Hot tub warm. damp smell in the area. Didn’t feel clean. Couple with us said food ok. Tiny ants in our bed and in our room
