My recent stay at a hotel in Istanbul was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the warm hospitality to the delicious dining options, there were many highlights to be found. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the manager. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced my experience, making me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. All my needs were met promptly, and their professionalism and friendliness were commendable. The staff at the hotel's restaurant also deserve praise for their lovely and welcoming demeanor. Their genuine hospitality created a pleasant atmosphere, making dining experiences enjoyable and memorable. Moreover, the food choices offered were diverse and satisfying, with each dish boasting excellent taste and quality.

While my overall experience was highly positive, there was one area that could be improved upon - cleanliness. Although the hotel maintained a generally tidy appearance, paying closer attention to cleanliness details would elevate the guest experience even further.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the late check-out, which was graciously accepted without any hassle. everything really was exceptional from the staff to the room like i’ve never stayed in a hotel and this much fun and taken care of, i like Ali at the reception he helped me with everything i asked him for so does Bilge, and for the rest they were melisa and karem too were helping me during my surgery and recovery time, mainly i like the people who worked there, and the rest was perfectly good 🖤

if i can thing of one thing during my 14 days here, is nothing honestly, there isn’t anything to not like it here

you truely feel at home. warmth of the staff.. everybody speaks good english... the advice about outside activity is SPOT on. taxi service is easy as the front desk make it happen in less than few minutes. I usually travel with a computer. I did not bring a computer with me. and the computer available is "Turkish" and not global.. But this is OK, I will be brinbging my comuter next time

You will wonder about this cosy place a lot. In real life it looks better, than on the pictures. The spaces (e.g. lobby, restaurant, gym) are just the right size, or perhaps even will appear small at first. However, exactly this makes this place homy. You feel cared and to be in a familiar place. At no point do I felt being in a mass, big hotel, despite the eleven floors it had. The experience neared a boutique hotel stay, the designers and staff did an excellent job.

Its a temporary unconvenience, but the construction site next to the hotel have had an impact on the quality of sleep. The construction works not only start way too early, but if you are unlucky, you will listen to a barking dog all night (1 out of 2 nights)

Location is amazing, at a quiet place featuring the mountains. Spacious rooms, nicely decorated with comfortable beds Cheerful and friendly staff especially the front liner Gagla who was so professional and friendly Beautiful restaurant with tasty food A la carte menu is also nice and not expensive Nice shopping centre walking distance from the hotel Beautiful mountain view from room. 10 mins driving to Taksim

Hospitality is very low Staff don’t speak English They have a cafe in the interance but you never find anyone to serve you and if they show up they usually behave in a very bad way And they don’t speak English And I don’t understand why the restroom in the lobby is locked with a card and you can not use the guest room card to open it

The hotel located is nice area no traffic. I like the bed so comfortable also the window I can open it to refresh the room

I stay 5 night I ask to give me breakfast fast one time as complementary they said no 🥲

The staff are very helpful and kind especially Ms. Aisha & Mr. Bilal, I recommend and support this hotel , my next visit will be Four points hotel.
