We loved the comfortable bed we haven't slept that well and felt well rested in a while, the room was very clean and had no unpleasant smells. 5/5 for that. Loved the little table with chairs that allowed us to have breakfast comfortably in our room and for the most parts the surrounding area was quiet despite it's close location to the main.

We had to go off property for breakfast, hopefully the restaurant will be renovated in short order because the options were limited at the off site location with our breakfast voucher, they also need more options for breakfast protein as not every one eats eggs, chicken etc, we could only get callaloo as that's all they had the we ate. The bedside lights didn't work because there were no plugs near the bed but the main lights worked.

I like that the room was clean and it cleaned daily and was close to Ocho Rios town and beaches. The staff are pleasant and helpful. This is my second time staying at the hotel.

I didn't like that we had no hot water. Each time we need to take a shower, I had to inform the receptionist. They call maintenance, you get hot water, and if we need to take a shower again later that day, no hot water. The breakfast I just think it would be nice to have a variety in the morning, such as porridge or some fry ups. The breakfast the hotel currently serves, some people will like, but for some, it's too heavy on the stomach so early in the morning. So it's worth considering. I personally don't like such heavy breakfast in the morning. I also think the restaurant and bar could do with a bit of decoration to make it a bit more welcoming and fresher atmosphere where you want to sit and chill.

We had breakfast at Soldiers Restaurant as the other location was closed. The food was excellent. and we love the Chef he was approachable and could talk to. however, there was 1 male server that has an attitude and doesnt know how to talk to people.

the hotel could have other recreational activities for its guests, could have been a games night or a little get together so guests could mix and mingle....for all food and entertainment we had to go off property to get it

Good value for the price! I was able to book transportation from Montego Bay airport with the hotel for me and my adult son; along with our 3 checked bags, personal items and carryon for $60.00 U.S. I needed a stop over hotel just to be able to unpack our suitcases for my 10 siblings. The hotel had everything we needed to be comfortable. I am glad that there was mesh on their windows, air conditioning, good wifi, fridge and a microwave. Everything worked beautifully. The staff were friendly, helpful, personable and accommodating. We ate dinner at Soldiers Restaurant which was within a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. We has a very simple breakfast the next morning at the hotel before being picked up by family. Moving forward, Pineapple Court will be my newly stop over place to stay in Ochie. A great big thank you to all of the staff at Pineapple Court for working so hard in the heat to make our stay a success!🤗

If I had to say what I didn't like is the fact that there isn't an elevator. This can be difficult when you have medical issues and are carrying heavy suitcases up and down stairs. However, it was good value for the price.

fantastic breakfast, great location especially mini mart and beach, excellent staff including reception, restaurant, security, maintenance and cleaning along with management - quiet - everyone really helpful and friendly. You can bring in whatever you want especially red wine - therefore everyone got a good tip when we left.

Only one thing that there was some late night talking and laughing in the corridor - signs could be put up, I slipped down the stairs to the restaurant and pool (do not wear flip flops in the rain). One American guy was smoking in the swimming pool (consideration for others)

The location is good. The facility is good enough in my opinion for a bed and breakfast. P.S. The Jamaican breakfast was yuuummy. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

The lock on the door to our room was very dilapidated and had us quite worried in the night.

The staff at the front desk and kitchen was respectful and polite, I love how welcoming they are, nice people, the place was clean an the air conditioning was running so good, the water temperature is great and also the TV worked really well. The breakfast was good, the chef in the kitchen that day really cool guy, the place felt safe an secure overall it was good.

My only complaint is I think the beds need thicker blankets and house keeping gotta be a little more cautious with the wet floor I almost hurt my self because of how wet my room floor was from mopping. Need some upgraded microwave didn't like the one I had in my room and need better lighting.

Big thanks to the Receptionists, Housekeeping, Security, Chef and the team. I can't remember the names but everyone who we have encountered with were very friendly and helpful during our stay. My husband, my so and I stayed in 119 for two weeks and we enjoyed every single moment of it we will definitely stay again thanks guys. Before I forget the food was tasty everyday, great chef. We look forward for breakfast especially my son he loves it.

The shower water presure was a bit low some days and the face basin was slow to run out. Othere than that everything else was great.

Breakfast was superb and tasty. Well put together.

The toilet was shaky and the shower was slow. Not enough hot water. The AC had no gauge.

Breakfast on both mornings was tasty, authentic variety,and dining area was well clean n kept.kitchen/restaurant staff was professional an warm! Thanks guys

Only 1 issue i waited too long to get the cable in my room sorted out one entire night without TV and then i had to log another complaint the next morning again but eventually in the afternoon it was sorted out nontheless Thanks but upon my next visit i dont expect to have this issue i hope! Respect
