Easy access from train station and close to local restaurant and Fuji Grand (big grocery and fresh produce). We appreciated the hospitality of front desk staffs that help us booked taxi for us and even walked to taxi driver to explain the detail of our trip (we have language barrier, unable to speak Japanese). Our room was about right for the price and it served us well. Breakfast was not much but adequate to fill you up.

It would be better if the hotel provided 2 pillows instead of only one.

At first I was upset because the bathroom was small, but the breakfast and nice parking made up for it and more. The staff were nice and helped me with laundry and accessing the women’s bath- I never encountered a bath code for women’s bath before so I didn’t understand at first but this is standard procedure for route inn to keep women safe in the bath. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I used the laundry and enjoyed the breakfast a lot. I love the sesame balls for dessert.

Kind of small access to the bathroom - smaller than other 2 route inn I stayed on the same trip. No white bed cover.

It was clean, convenient location. I was accommodated for and staff were friendly.

I had a comfortable stay and got comfortable. It was in summer so it was hot and during a busy season. Not complaining, I just like less crowds.

Parking was unclear. They give you a ticket to get out so don’t pay it yourself. Instructions weren’t clear and we ended up paying. Not a big deal but could have been made clearer

Staff very kind and helpful.. Clean and whatever needs was there.. Maybe breakfast could be more multinational.. Still was ok to select something nice..

The sento was wonderful and the soap offer was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast had a lot of options and it was very tasty. The best: ポテトもち. The vending machine coin was a good surprise.

Free parking. Room size was OK and beds were comfortable. It was quiet and amenities were easily accessible.

Breakfast lacked variety and was below average. There was nothing much of interest in the imediate vicinity, ok for an overnight stop to break up a drive.

The breakfast provided is good. We are generally very happy with the spread of the breakfast. On the night when we checked in, we had our dinner at the restaurant. Food was awesome!

One point I was uncomfortable with is, behind the hotel is a cemetery. The other point is, the hotel is far from the city center.

Well equipped hotel in a convenient location. Clean rooms and facilities. Wonderful public bath and reasonable breakfast. Big carpark.

Slightly on the expensive side.

The Onsen (spa) was really nice and I enjoy a good breakfast every day. Supermarkets and other restaurants are nearby. The personnel is very friendly!
