The rooms were clean and had everything we needed - kettle, hairdryer, soaps, etc. Parking was free and there were also free toiletries and drinks at the hotel lobby! It’s also located right across from a Lawson convenience store so if you needed anything else it was just a stones throw away.

We had a rental car so the location wasn’t an issue, but it may be alittle more inconvenient for non-drivers (I’m not entirely sure if there are buses or a train station nearby, but it didn’t look like it). The hotel unfortunately didn’t have a coin laundromat available, which was slightly inconvenient for us.

I don’t know that the price includes breakfast. A bit surprised as the breakfast is a buffet with many choices of food from japanese to western, main, drinks and desserts. And the dining area is right next to the river. What an amazing view. A coffee machine inside the room also surprised me. There are 4 tea or coffee capsules free to drink. What a surprise to caffeine consumer.

Public transport to hotel at night is a bit disappointing. Either walk 30 minutes from JR Tokushima station or take a bus from there. However the last bus ends at around 9pm. If you go back late, you have to take taxi or by walk.

I appreciate the fact that I arrived around noontime and was able to check into my room instead of waiting until 3pm. I really REALLY appreciate that. I also appreciate the fact that there's a microwave on each floor!

It would've been nice if there were laundry machines for guests inside the hotel.

We had tons of amenities that we can self-serve. The location is great since we wanted to go see the Naruto Whirlpool near by. Also there's a paid parking spot but since you're staying at the hotel, they give it to you for free. There's also a convenience store near by.

The bed was hard. It was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. We can feel the spring.

The hotel was fancy and the interior decoration was very cool and swanky. I especially liked the buttons in the elevator. Also, the views were very nice.

The room I was given at first had a very strong smell. However, I asked the staff for a different room and they very quickly gave me another one that was much better.

Staff were extremely helpful, providing umbrellas and extra pillows and being very quick to give assistance. The room was very clean and comfortable, although the beds were a little hard. Undercover parking was free of charge. Excellent value for money.

Large business hotel, probably not brand new but still good value for money. Very quiet and clean, with rooms larger than average for Japan. A bit far from the city center but still at a manageable walking distance.

The hotel was really nice and fancy. I didn't expect that with the price. Hotel room was very big for a single room. There is a Lawson right outside, also there is a Starbucks, restaurant and a 24hr supermarket within 5min walk distance. The free parking at the hotel is good, too. Many other hotels nearby don't have free parking.

The hotel was a little bit far from the airport and the station; everything else was just fantastic! We did not get a chance to explore the breakfast or the restaurant near the top floor because we were guided to local izakaya. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the local area and providing information on other services, such as coin laundry places and sightseeing locations.

No particular complaints come to mind.
