The hotel's location is bit away from Amori station. But with easy access to public transportation.

Included breakfast had both Japanese and western options available and varied daily. The included happy hour open bar service was enjoyable. Staff are very friendly and provided a connection to a local establishment. Many varied restaurants are within walking distance and event locales are easily accessible from the bus stop outside the hotel. Our room had a loft bed so that our daughter could stay with us.

The room was quite small and accessing our luggage contents was cramped.

The complimentary breakfast was really good. Large variety of dishes. Checkin and checkout were very simple. The receptionist spoke English. The room was clean and additional ammenities were available from the counter. It was a 20 minute walk from Aomori station and hence was a reasonable location.

Space was a little tight with luggage, but manageable. There was a little bit of a lack of easy to access locations in the local area for food, but closer to the station many restaurants were available.

The person at the front desk was really nice when we checked in, which was a good start. We liked that they gave us free toiletries (face masks, moutwash etc.) and the room was impeccably clean. Also, we could pick our own pillows, which was cool. We were offered a free drink when we arrived, which was a nice surprise.

Breakfast is mostly Japanese food, so if you're used to eating things like cereals, bacon and eggs or toast and jam, you might not find a lot of options you like. If you come down for breakfast late, there might not be much left to choose from.

This was a really nice hotel and would stay again if I return to Aomori. The staff at the front desk were really nice, and the man seemed to actually like his job greeting guests and explaining the check-in procedure. The room, while not spacious, was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. There were extra amenities you could grab before heading to your room, so I grabbed an extra pillow and a few other items. There is also a common area where a lot of people were gathered, and presumably, you could probably socialize if that's your thing. There's also a Dominoes right in front, so if you're desperate for food, there's that place (fair warning that Dominoes is kinda bad here in Japan).

Far from both Aomori and Shin-Aomori stations. However, there's a surprisingly well-developed bus system throughout the city, so it's not too much of an issue.

Staff were great, amazing facilities (free bath salts and welcome drink when we went!), everything was clean, comfy and modern.

Pretty tiny, especially the bathroom. That's pretty par for the course though. It was also a bit of a trek from the station (~20 minutes?) but there's a bus that runs straight there if you have an IC card or spare change.

It was inexpensive and had breakfast included. Also had an option to fit 3 kids in a room on bunkbeds. We booked 2 rooms and the staff had our rooms opposite each other which was thoughtful.

We read reviews and know the location is not close to the tourist destinations but it was ok with a bus or taxi as we werent rushing around.

A great (if spartan) business hotel, with an excellent breakfast and a free happy hour every day just after check-in.

Rooms was very clean. Friendly staff, very good service try to help even though staff can't speak much English. Parking was not far away. When booking, it was stated that there is a parking fee as well. However staff brought a card to pay for parking. Good breakfast

The staff were really friendly. I arrived a couple hours early and I was able to leave my bags at the front desk. They were also able to recommend a place to eat and gave me clear directions. The breakfast had a small variety but was really tasty!

The en-suite bathroom is pretty small. I had to shuffle around a bit to get in and out.
