As our booking was cheap AND it included breakfast, we thought we should lower our expectations for our stay. The property was easy enough to find, reasonable walk from the station. So far so good. With breakfast included in the rate, again, we weren't expecting much but it was great value! Didn't get as far as the public baths so can't comment on that facility but this hotel ended up being a little gem for budget priced accommodation. Lovely, helpful staff. All in all considering the bargain rate, it was excellent value, clean & comfy.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Very classic feeling. Facilities and room clean, a few age spots here and there, but not dirty at all. I love a hard mattress so I was happy with this bed. Onsen Is actually separate from the hotel and open to the outside public for a few, but even if it was busy, it was spacious and never had to wait to use any of the different baths (sauna was REALLY busy though). Actually decent souvenir selection. Overall, pleased.

It's showing its age, a few spots here and there but nothing serious and the hotel and room were clean. Still don't know if we could use the coin laundry from the onsen area.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and patient with this tourist. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and bus stops to places you might want to go (like the hokkoda ropeway and ski area, Aomori art museums and more) and the stay includes access to the onsen complex. The included breakfast was incredible! And the restaurant is open very late which is perfect for late arrivals. The menu includes many local foods such as miso scallops and apples, including apple juice, the best I've had. Everyone is so nice.

Nice location (just 10 minutes away by walk from Aomori Station). We did not use the Onsen, but it is a nice plus if you ever want to relax at the end of the day. The best part, was the restaurant. Great buffet for breakfast. We had dinner both nights there as we were too tired to go out again. The food was good, large selection of dishes at a reasonable price.

The bed was a bit hard and the bathroom sink was a bit too low and small.

All of it. I can relax and have many activities in the hotel. It is near the JR Aomori and i can go to Akita without changing the train. Breakfast is also good and has a lot of variety. The staff is very nice, polite and friendly, especially the staff at the onsen area. She helped me to get a towel when i forgot to bring one. The receptionist is also helpful. He helps to call the taxi and even makes sure that we ride the right one. The location is also good, has a lot of restaurants and shopping centres. The onsen clean and have outdoor onsen.

The onsen facility was good and breakfast was good. With the hotel room rate it's good value.

The hotel was located off street. It not easy to find because its named Spa hotel at entrance , but its called Centre Hotel in Booking. Com. We were lucky someone on the street told us it's Centre Hotel. In addition, the building / hotel itself is quite dated.

Very comfortable bed. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Lots of different choices in the onsen. Central location.

The hotel entrance is not so easy to find after dark without a map. (The hotel reception is on the second floor of the building.) The step down from the bathroom to the bedroom is quite steep.

The signage to the onsen and the adjacent restaurant, for breakfast and, if wished, evening meal, was tricky to find - this for an English man who speaks and reads no Japanese. But the staff, who could not have been more helpful, showed me the way.

The onsen was fantastic, breakfast was great, location was about 700 metres from the JR station and bus services

Access to the restaurant, I felt that a lift option would be better served, rather than accessing it via the 2nd floor reception and onsen areas.

Value for price. Room was very clean and big; Delicious breakfast; hot spring definitely is a bonus

Hotel lobby was very outdated and needs renovation. There was very strong smoke smell in the lobby on the day we checked in and also strong smoke smell in the hallway on our floor during our stay. Some guests definitely had not obeyed the hotel rule of no smoking
