The unit rented is fully equipped with most items needed. The unit is also quite spacious, there are also parking available should one needs it. It's quite the walk from the ferry terminal, but there are convinent stores nearby.

The self check in process could do with a more easy and user friendly interface.

Very easy way to check-in (by codes). Spotless clean apartment, big with nice kitchen annex. Fairly close there is a convenience store. The bus stop is also close.

The iPad for checking in did not work properly so I had to work through messaging with booking.com in order to get checked in and out. The toiled had bad odor when it was flushed. The toilet tank needs to be cleaned.

Clean and decent. Comes with washer and dryer which is a big plus.

A bit small for family of 5, just a bit.

Poor check-in procedure and no in advance information provided for check-in. And we were locked in the room for 30 minutes due to the issue of the electronic key lock of the door and the electronic key lock kept producing alarm sound, which was so annoying and the customer service just asked me to wait for 15 minutes to let the alarm stop. The whole check in process was poor

It was an absolute nightmare to get into the place. No instructions, then the wrong instructions. Good job it wasn’t raining as we were sat outside for over an hour trying to get in

poor response from staff, they didn't send the information on time, and made me wait and think I lost the reservation.
