The room is spacious, there is a small equipped kitchen and a laundry machine. The location is good, close to the central train/bus station. This place has virtual staff, we were a bit worried about it in the beginning but they were available to assist us and answered quickly.

No elevator and no luggage storage upon check out, but the staff did allow us an extra hour upon check out and that was nice and appreciated. The apartment is "smart" - but the instruction are in Japanese only, we would highly recommend the staff to translate to English at least the important functions such as "how to turn on hot water" and "how to use the dryer".

One of the best apartment I have stayed so far. Love the lightings in the room. It makes the whole room very cozy and comfortable. Very considerate of them to provide sliding doors to close up the kitchen area. Although unmanned reception, the response to our messages was pretty fast. The kitchen equipment is easy to use and they provide disposable kitchen towels so that it's easy for us to clean up after used.

Could have been better if they have a concierge for storage of luggage before check in time. We had to store our luggage at the train station as we arrived early. No other negative feedback about this apartment.

Spacious for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Had a washing machine which we used and dried our laundry out in the bathroom using the dry mode and it was all dried out the next morning.

It was abit cold without the heater on. We didnt know where to on for hot water at the wash basin and only realised that hot water had to be on inside the bathroom.

It is a 5-minute walk from Beppu Station in a good and quiet neighborhood.

We were not informed that there is no elevator facility. A little problem with weight luggage. It is better to provide a small elevator to ease the use of stairs. It is better to inform room availability with its level.

Close to the Beppu station (west gate), 3 mins by walking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, well done cleaning. Good price for everything! I regret that I only stayed for one night, will come again if visit Beppu next time.

It was comfortable to stay at this hotel. Bedclothes were good, and the room was shaded well, so we could sleep very well.

It would be nicer if there had been a parking lot for all guests. Also, I’d be happy if the room had more clothes hangers to dry our clothes.

How close it was to the train station, within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop was also close by. Rooms were pretty clean and decent. The neighborhood was also quiet. Highly recommended!

It's cozy and clean. Beds for double is big. Suitable for families with children.

There is no lift. we have to carry our luggage and stuff using the stairs.

i could hear the neighbour upstairs moving furniture and walking stomping around. it was hard to fall asleep. too many switches that leave bright lights while sleeping in the dark.
