Love the location and rhe price is reasonable

I’ve stayed here a few times- it was great when it was new but now that it’s older, I feel that they aren’t cleaning as well as they should. The tiles in the hallway are stained and not mopped. They should provide new sponges for every guest that comes. Also some pillows are worn and so thin. I also don’t like that they are not open to any requests. I requested for extra pillows because what they provide is essentially 1 pillow per person and their pillows are very thin. They said they don’t have extras

I like it that it is remote check in and check out. It is fuss free and convenient. The room has all the needs. It is also in modern design. Generally, the room is clean though there are signs of wear from use. It is a short 3 min walk to Beppu Station and walking distance to 2 malls, the beach and Beppu Tower.

There are some stains in the sofa presumably from previous users. Otherwise, the other facilities are in good condition and clean.

Room is set up nicely with microwave, fridge, aircon etc... Nice sofa area to relax, decent big for 2 adults. Great sound proofing, the railway track didn't bother us.

Lovely accommodation 3mins walk from Beppu Station but only 2 parking lot while there are about 6 apartments. No lift even though it is 2 storeys only but challenging for big luggages & if travelling all girls or with elderly. Room windows has no blackout curtains (haa Japanese style board) but you will know when it's morning sun rise.

There is no elevator, so we had to carry our big luggages via stairs, since we stayed on the 2nd floor. It's quite a distance from the train station, but we managed to find a way with shelter to avoid rain. There is no human to greet you. Everything must be done online in advance. There is no iron and ironing board provided.

Very spacious room for 3 adult and 3 kids.

The internet didn’t work in our room and the shower/tub didn’t function 100% well. The shower handle would try to rotate when the water was on, and the tub fill would sputter and work on and off but nothing too bad.

The place was really near the train station and check-in / check-out was very convenient.

They have three branches (with similar names) within the same area, so it literally took us three times before getting to the right place (it was quite frustrating since the only way to contact the staff is by phone number, but once we were able to find a way to contact the staff, they were really helpful)

Very advanced and iPad check in/check out , clean / washer and lights .. comfy beds and nice common area . Multiple beds.

No place to store luggage if you arrive early, no early check in.. but found coin lockers nearby.. wish they could of mentioned that prior walking 10mins from the bus terminal from OIT airport; only to walk +9mins to the train station to find a locker with 3 bags ..

We loved the space of it especially seeing that most Japanese hotel rooms are very small. The lounge in the room was an excellent place to rest watching the large TV. the bathroom facilities were also excellent. A beautiful space to be in on your holidays.

Some people may not like being next to the railroad tracks but it didn’t bother us. The only other thing was that a kettle was supplied but no cups for tea or coffee so we had to buy some.

All the facilities are perfect and definitely the locations only few steps away from Beppu Eki.

First time information sending in Jappanese without explanation in English. I found trouble when i want to check in since all the key and password inform in Jappanese and I didn't notice about that. And during my stay no cleaning to clean up the room or perhaps there is but no information about that. Oh one more things i have to check out one day early due to typhoon and asking for refund one night stay but no response from the property.

Everything that a traveller needs was provided: toothbrush, slippers, kettle, dishwashing liquid, ample shelves for putting things, great layout of the room. The only thing is: you should provide each traveller with a New sponge for washing their cutlery. There is even 2 carpark lots outside the hotel.

Everything was good except a used dish sponge was provided.
