Travelled with 2 friends and was a great price to have a room each. Rooms had everything you needed and were very clean. Staff were also very friendly. Location was great, very close to many attractions and tram lines.

You can get quite a bit of noise from the hallway but was only an issue if the other guests are loud, was fine majority of the time.

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. I believe there is only the ground level on which there are rooms but it was very calm. Also I felt safe as a woman travelling alone.

The minimalist aesthetic was very cool! I liked the breakfast spread and it was very close to the Fort, which was convenient. It is also within walking distance of the tram stops. The parking was convenient as well! The staff were very nice and can help you book rentals or secure you discounted tickets.

The room felt a little dark because of the lack of natural light, but if you’re only there to sleep it’s not really an issue.

Great location. Reasonable price and comfortable rooms. The place is located near some goryokaku park and tower. It's easier to find trams and buses to other attractions within a few steps.

Breakfast was too simple with only bread and butter.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and helpful. It's great that there are bikes you can borrow for free.

Perhaps there could have been a bit more variety for breakfast with some fresh fruit.

Neat modernized look with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Good location next to the park and many restaurants. 25 minutes ride on a bus from hakodate train and center
