The hotel is really clean and cozy, we felt really welcomed there The staff was welcoming, everything was provided You can buy small stuff like instant soups Breakfast was amazing, a wide variety of western and Japan cuisine It's situated right next to a tram station If I'll ever be in Hakodate again, I'll definitely come back

The walls are paper thin, so you can hear neighbors The sheets are in American style, so you have just a clean sheet below a blanket that wasn't cleaned. I guess it's normal somewhere, but I really don't like it Also the queen size bed has only one blanket for two people. It was big enough, but you have to be used to spooning By a tram it's 25 minutes to the train station. It's kinda far away, but nothing bad - convenience store is nearby

The choice at breakfast was enough and tasty. Value for money is very good. good location directly in front of the tram station. I could not hear the passing trains in the night. Happy that they had good shampoo and conditioner.

The sink and bathroom drains weren't working well and doesn’t sound good. It could be better if a plumber take a look. The double bed was a little bit small but okay for us.

Clean room, good size room and bed. Love that they employ disabled people as part of their cleaning staff. The tram station was just a few steps away and can bring you to a whole lot of places around Hakodate.

The shower space is a bit tight even for a small asian person like me. They don’t have an emergency call button in the bathroom.

Standard everyday hotel, perfectly within expectations relative to its price. Very close to the tram station.

Not a lot of instruction for breakfast so was a bit confused at the beginning as no one even checked we were supposed to be there. It's a smaller town, so I guess they just operate on the honesty policy. It's a bit further from the main train station and the tram (no trains) isn't really equipped for suitcases, so if you have international luggage you'll need to take a taxi for around 2000 yen.

We had a great experience. The room was comfortable and has everything you could need. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was tasty! The only downside is that the hotel is pretty far from the city center, but the issue is easily solved since the tram stop is right in front of the building!

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Tram and bus step right next to the hotel. Good view. Relatively spacious room. Decent breakfast. This place is some of the best bang for your buck.

Questionable bathroom ventilation There were some other very minor issues but I'd be just nitpicking really.

Clean and tidy little hotel with bit of arty feel with lots of nice paintings on walls and corridors. For the reasonable room rate a simple but good breakfast was even included. Car parks free at the back. Cleaners who made up rooms were excellent in cleaning our room.

Nothing except location can be slightly far. However, hotel is right ext to tram station. Driving your car of course is not a problem.

The staff were professional and engaging. They answered questions and were quick to find a solution to any problem a guest may have. I appreciated their efforts on my behalf... The hotel was well lit, welcoming and clean. Breakfast was delicious. And the tram stop was in front of the hotel. Would stay here again!

It wasn't in the hub of Hakodate but the tram stop in front made transportation easy.

Tram station is right in front of the hotel. Friendly and approachable staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. Umbrellas and bicycles are free to use.

Room is a bit dated. Mattress and pillows could be better. Toilet and bath is quite small.

The male staff member that was checking us in was lovely, extremely friendly and helpful.

There was a smell when we first entered the room, a little bit of a mixed smell of sweat and damp washing, but once we turned the air con on and had some circulation going, the smell went away.
