The room was spacious, clean, and everything worked well. The parking lot was attached to the building which was extremely convenient. The reception was so friendly and we even received some complimentary snacks during our stay.

I didn't have any problems with the room. It was also a good thing that the Olympics was on during the trip as all the channels on TV are local so it was something i could watch and understand and enjoy while resting there.

Very good breakfast (buffet style) with lots of options. Clean, good bathroom, no nonsense. Good distance to large grocery store. Very friendly staff! Easy daily towel servicing.

Location, while it is a very easy walk to the JR station the general area doesn’t have the most appeal.

The staff were super helpful. I left a bag on the shinkansen after 5 train changes in one day. I have very limited Japanese, but the staff were amazing and rang the train station for me. They kept me informed with the process and i was stoked. with the outcome. I was also travelling with my bicycle and they were happy for me to take it into my room in the rinko bag. Tidy hotel, great breakfast.

Very affordable room with very helpful staff. We booked the hotel for a one night stay in Hakodate as we wanted to visit the morning market. We took the opportunity to do laundry which only cost €2 for a wash & dry. Reception will call you when the load is finished & offered to fold our last load as we were going out. Parking and access was easy.

Room has a cigarette smell.

The staff is so kind. I asked for a very late check in and they agreed. The room was a regular Japanese room with all the necessary amenities inside. I loved the smell of the soap. The location is not perfect but it was very calm since a bit further from the station (10min by walk).

Breakfast is good, room is clean. The staff were very friendly. It is within easy walking distance to the Hakodate railway station.

Since the railway station is a major starting point for buses to the downtown, it is not straigthforward to find bus that directly goes downtown. Although there is bus stop right in front of the hotel, it seems every bus finishes at the station, then you have to change the bus to downtown?

Great location right next to the train station and the harbor, so you can see the boats from the breakfast room! Very clean, spacious rooms with views. Breakfast was delicious and there were a ton of different options. Located in a quiet area, but you're a short walk from several great restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

Very clean, helpful staff, everything was ready for us early. There is a coffee machine at the reception/breakfast common area to use and chat together. The rooms were just nice. The lighting can be adjusted (white, yellow, dim etc). The location is great as you can walk to JR Hakodate Station and the morning market.

The Japanese style rooms were a bit narrow with not much room for luggage, but still fine.

The staff are delightful, the room was impeccable, the breakfast was amazing, and we'd happily come back (and recommend to others). We had a "Japanese style" room which was lovely.

The hotel is 7 minutes' walk from the train station on a main road with a bit of an industrial feel. That said the room was utterly quiet; we heard no traffic.

A nice working class hotel, great breakfast (terrific cheesecake), nice hosts. A few blocks walk from the JR train station, quiet location. Beds comfortable, room a nice size.

Just disappointed when we couldn't add another night, but they were fully booked! not a surprise, good place to stay
