It was clean. I like having a hot pot for tea or coffee. The location was super convenient! The breakfast was great, offering a variety of western and Japanese style breakfast foods.

For western tourists, the room was a bit tiny. I wish there was a better layout so we could access our bags easily, instead of taking one out and then having to put it away to access the other bag. More storage would have been nice, they could possibly add hanging bars on the walls, get rid of the little closet, make the desk smaller and free up space for storing bags so it would be easier to move around the room.

We had to book here last-minute after getting stuck in Hakodate due to the tsunami warning. Staff were very accommodating and the bath on the 13th floor is lovely. Breakfast was worth the money.

The rooms are a little bit small. As in, hard to fit one big suitcase, and two cabin luggage small.

Very good location as it is 2 minutes walk from the Hakodate station and bus station to go to the Hakodate Mountain rope way. Unlimited room amenities. The reception and all the staff at the hotel were very kind and welcoming. The hot spa (daiyokujyou) and sauna at the hotel were so relaxing and amazing. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food.

Amazing staff. Helpful and friendly. Loved the brekkie - super generous and good. Loved location. (I like firm beds and the beds here were defo firm). Loved the public bath.

I liked its proximity to the Hakodate train station, bus terminal, restaurants and many convenience store

I wished that they had an ice machine at the same level as the onsen, so that you can get the ice straightaway after your bath and then go straight back to your hotel room. Instead of going on the way to ground floor again to get the ice

I like that the hotel was near the station and the bus stop. I like that the staff were helpful in helping me find parking.

I thought the parking rules were a little confusing and I was not sure which parking lot I was able to use.

A very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found generally the hotel to be very clean and well presented. The hotel is right next to Hakodate train station so you don't have far to carry your luggage. Daimon Yokocho is a small food district a few blocks away and perfect if you're looking for some dinner not too far from the hotel!

The property has Relaxation Floor, for hot spring public bath and lounging area with massage chairs. Hot bath was huge and at the right temperature

Great location, nice staff, clean room with all amenities you might need. Breakfast was great.

Bed was a bit too hard for my preference, but not terrible. Still had a good night sleep.

The hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from the hakodate station main entrance. It is very easy to go around hakodate, bus/taxi stations just across the road. A few minutes walk from seaport, seafood restaurants. It was very nice to walk around the hotel
