The beds were pretty soft by Japanese standards. The breakfast was really tasty with a good variety. Check-in was easy. Parking was only 700yen for the night. I liked that my family of 5 could all stay in the same room together. Great view! Sumo was on TV, so that was an entertaining option as well.

There was a little mold in the bathroom and on the window sills. The curtains didn't keep the sun out in the morning, so we kept waking up. Just need to get myself an eye mask... 😅 Also, the elevator doors close quickly, so I got squashed a few times. The sink was a little tricky to use since the sink and the shower water are controlled by the same handle.

The breakfast was filling. The hotel was just across the JR station however we had some difficulty finding it because the frontage was obscured by all the construction paraphernalias.

The frontdesk staff was not so accommodating and honest(?). When i asked to pay for our breakfast, he tried to give me a higher price than what was stated in the hotel pamphlet. When i questioned him, he gave me the right price but did not

Our room was upgraded to triple share, which was great. We needed the extra space for our luggages, etc. Plenty of towels & toiletries. There was an ice machine in the lobby area. The location is great. 3 mins walk from Hakodate train station & bus terminal. There are plenty of eateries & minimarts around the hotel. We also had a nice view of the sea port. Would stay here again, next time.

The air conditioner only gives out heat. We needed cool air. Was happy that the window could be opened. Toilet abit small.

Location just 3 minutes walk to Hakodate station and morning market. Close to Tram station which very easy to access to top attractions like Fort Goryokaku. Also very convenient o walk to Red Brick Warehouse. The bus route to Hakodate Airport just 7 km. Our family (3 persons) stay in Deluxe Quadruple Room, big room with valuable room-rate price. Clean, comfort bed.

The hotel is next to the JR station. There are a lot of eateries surrounding the hotel. Beds are comfortable and the shower is strong, with a strong wifi The hotel is central and nearby to all the interesting places of visits. You can store your luggage before check in hours and also after check out. Ideal hotel for singles or couples or groups and families. The nearby shopping malls and shops are ideal if you do not intend to venture into the central shopping district. Nearby groceries and convenience stores are comforting. I strongly recommend this hotel. The family enjoyed the stay.

The washing machines (at ¥400) are great for catching up with laundry, but the dryers are not hot enough and you will need at least 3 times of each cycle at ¥200 before the Clites are dry.

Solid option for hakodate sightseeing, great spot right near station, decent setup of amenities.

Not much to dislike here,they don't do any room service so you have to put out your own towels and trash if it gets messy

- Very close to Hakodate JR station - can see the hotel right after exiting the station. - Very close to the morning seafood market (within 10mins walk) and other nice restaurants. - Very close to bus station (ride to the peak for night view). - Big room with nice view, 4 beds and still plenty of space to put luggage and move around. - Very considerate to provide free chopsticks and spoons at the lobby for those who want to eat supper in their room. - No room service (can pay to get it?) but they place clean towels etc for customers to replace themselves. - Affordable price.

- The bathroom was quite small compared to the room itself; and it's a step higher then the room floor, may be slightly inconvenient for elderly.

Easy to Travel. Very close to JR Hakodate Station and Hakodate City Tram and also tourist attraction such as Ekini Market and Hakodate Pier. Also close to convenient store (FamilyMart). The view from the top hotel to the city is very amazing. The amenity kit from the hotel is very nice and refillable.

The bed is uncomfortable and hard.

Liked the location just what we had in mind, closest to Hakodate Station. The breakfast spread was good too. The staff helped us with umbrellas.

The south part of the building was undergoing renovation and the lift is a little weird, the doors closed in a split second, we were worried about losing a limb

Just in front Hakodate Station, 5 minutes walking to morning market , nearby a lot restaurants can go. Breakfast at hotel is one of the best among those hotels that I had stayed before at Japan. There are 6 (if not mistaken) coin washing machines at lobby floor easier for tourists.
