It's a good take on a business hotel, but don't expect luxury. Everything was clean, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, especially for Japan, and it's location was hard to beat, right by the station, the morning market, and the streetcar to everything else.

It is a SMALL room. It's got everything you need, certainly, but it is very small. It was maybe a little expensive for what it is, but it's a competitive price.

My stay came without breakfast. But the location is good, it is just a block away from the bus terminus in front of Hakodate Train Station. There are also many eateries and izakayas around the property, What was great for me, was AEON was just a couple of buildings away, I could get very good deal seafood from the supermarket. The Ekini Seafood Market was also about 10 min walk (just a block next to Hakodate train station) where folks went for the crab and squid action. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and went out of the way to help me booked the ferry ticket to cross over to Aomori.

My feel is that the room was a bit smaller than usual, which also meant a reduction in toilet and bathing space. But the room was kept very clean. Housekeeping did their excellent job every day.

The location is very close to Hakodate JR station and just walk around by 5 minutes to arrive. Many good restaurants surrounding to the hotel. It is not far from fish market and walk around within 15 minutes to arrive, suitable to visit the fish market in the early morning. The room space is fine which is standard to general hotel in Japan.

The hotel facilities are bit old but the status is still acceptable, given that the room price is reasonable.

Hotel is quite close to Hakodate station. Everything is very standard, typical of a small hotel use by workman staying the night. I can open my window to allow fresh air. The view is quite nice. The room is small but enough for one person. It is a good value for money.

Bathroom is small and ceiling is low. Bed is a bit stiff and the pillow is not comfortable. Small TV is string on the only small table in the room and take up too much space. This TV could have mounted on the wall to allow full use of the table.

For the price point, it was an excellent place for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and professional. The facilities are very clean. The room was more spacious than I expected. They provided all the necessary amenities and also there is security with the lift access being restricted with the key card. It’s about a 5-min walk from JR Hakodate.

It would be easier if body soap was provided in the shower space. It was very inconvenient to use the soap placed at the sink and there was no shelf at the shower area to put the soap bottle.

Location of this hotel was very convenient to the Hakodate train station The tram stops is also a few minutes away. Hotel is also close to an assortment of eateries: from Izakaya to Ramen noodle shops. About 5 minute walk away was the excellent Hakodate Morning Market, which had a plethora of food choices.

The bed was a bit low and mattress harder than I would like. But place was very clean. Room was small - but not unexpected for Japanese hotels.

Located rather near Hakodate station and right next to daimon yokocho, no need to worry about finding your way back. Wifi was very fast and overall, a good business hotel with all the basic needs.

There was no free parking.

Basic business hotel features, single room was good - ideal for staying the night close to the train station! The city has surprisingly good sightseeing and hiking spots (I quite enjoyed my time there).

Accommodations in Hakodate seem to be overpriced in general - it was the cheapest option at that point, however the price seemed to be quite high in comparison to other cities‘ options.

Nice size room. Fridge and kettle in the room. Very functional. Laundry wash and dry for only 500¥.

There's only one light in the bedroom and it's very bright! The sink smelled a bit.
