Close proximity to Hakuba Goryu, Iimori & Hakuba 47 ski resorts with free shuttle bus to & from the ski resorts. Friendly & helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to transport luggage to/from Hakuba Goryu bus stop. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of variety. Discount lift tickets. Value for money.

We stayed in a Japanese style room and my wife & I found the futons very uncomfortable - the kids were OK so maybe it's just because we're getting older! Not complaining because we knew what to expect but the beds were very hard after a full day's skiing. The toilet/shower room was extremely small - definitely not suitable for large people and only one person at a time can squeeze in.

There's an onsen in the hotel which it's so good after skiing. Free use of washing machine and small charge for dryer. Very good location. About 10 minutes walk to Escale Plaza and plenty restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly. Good breakfast.

We stayed at the standard room rather than the Japanese style bedroom. It's quite small inside and the bathroom is very tight. There's a common toilet which is more spacious. We used the onsen instead of showering inside our room. The bed was too hard for me but my husband found it comfy.

Good breakfast. Great hospitality. Convenient location walkable to ski and many restaurants. Discounted lift tickets amazing treat (125 for 3 days - WOW). The lady at front desk (Chen Ting Hsui) amazed us with her hospitality and level of service. Give her a raise!!!

Pillows in twin room could have been softer. Beds very firm. However makes sense given price point.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. All the staff went out of their way to assist, even discounting our stay after we were delayed at the airport and had a difficult time getting there highly recommend only 500 m from the first Goryu lifts great little eateries around as well all within walking distance

not much. Little bit small /basic but you expect that in Japan.

It was cosy and warm, the staff were friendly and helpful. It is an excellent location for Snow lovers a 10-minute walk to Hakuba goryu.

The place is basic and a little elderly nothing is broken just a little worn.

The location of this hotel is great for those looking to hit the Goryu slopes early or walk to food/drinks late.

The singular small drying machine is quite weak and needs multiple cycles to properly dry clothes.

The customer service, convenience to goryu resort either by shuttle bus or walking. Despite its humble appearance, the hotel was clean top to bottom. No speck of dust in sight. I love the free onsen. It was clean and accessible.

Bathroom was small but just enough for one person.

Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work once I washed my clothes but the host gave me a clothes hanger and all got dried in our room.

Everything was fine. Staff were extremely good.

Nothing really, for the price paid and expectations any slight shortcomings are unworthy of mention. Anything done better would change to level and hence price.
