Shuto, on site, is extremely helpful and assisted us with organising many things including transport, gear transport, our itinerary etc. There is a nightly circuit to the supermarket which is fantastic. Nothing is too hard for Shuto to help with. The owners of the accomodation are exceptionally kind and helpful and organise bus and other transport for guests when needed. Kensho and his son, Ken, go above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

The road becomes very icy so ensure you have suitable footwear/chains etc. (Cars/ buses cannot always come up to the Condominium due to snow and ice.)

Shuto was warm, welcoming, extremely helpful and made our stay so much easier. He organised lift passes for us, which not only made it easier but saved us around $400AU. They have a shuttle bus to take you to the supermarket or Echoland (restaurants/bars) every evening. We were right on the slopes at Escal Plaza which has a gorgeous Vegan Cafe, Japanese food, Subway, convenience store, ski clothing/hire, lockers, and onsen. We will definitely stay again.

Marcos was the most accommodating host we could have asked for. Going out of his way to drive our group of 8 all over hakuba to the shops, to the onsen and out to dinner every day Marcos made us feel incredibly welcome and at home, he would always make an effort to be friendly and crack some banter with the fellas. Marcos 10/10 host. 10/10 location.

Marcos the host was super easy to communicate with, and managed to get in touch with him before even reaching the hotel. He helped to arrange pick up and property keys upon arrival, fuss free and no problems at all!! He was super helpful in booking ski lift passes, arranging for transport for dinner etc. Have absolutely no complaints and definitely great value for money! One of the best places in Hakuba to stay at for snowboard/skiing.

Very convenient hotel for ski-board riders! You can cross the exit door of hotel, put on your equip, and glide to Goryu lift straight from the hotel. Room was very warm, and there were all the necessary for comfortable living! we decided to visit this place on summer vocations too. Thank you Marcoz for the best winter vocations))

By far the best accommodation for Hakuba 47 & Goryu. Ski in ski out with clean, warm, spacious and affordable self contained apartments with everything you need to cook, clean, and recharge for the next day on the slopes. Marcos was an exceptional host who, despite the many guests under his care, was always available to answer any questions we had. He generously offered lifts to and from nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, and ski rental places. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible and he really is the reason why I give this stay a full rating. Thank you so much Marcos, we will definitely be staying with you again in Hakuba!

The staff shoto was really really helpful and friendly. The driver (owner's son ) was great too with driving us around with every request. The location is awesome as it sits right on the slope, we skiied down to get the chair lift and can always ski back to the property without walking at all.. Kitchen facilities are good and has everything you need to cook a decent meal. Price is difinetly value for money.. will book back in 6 months.

The comdo does not have food offered as option, but there are plenty next doors or down at the plaza.

The friendliness vibes of Mr. Shuto who received us and explaining the information regarding the shuttle bus and assists in our request to change to lower level room due to my mum who is 77 years old have difficulties to climb the stairs until level 5 as the elevator was not working upon the earthquake early 2024. The location next to the Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort makes it easier to ski in and ski out. We enjoyed our ski time during the day and the night time. The room with the kitchenette helps us to have our own home cook.

It would be better that the elevator get fixed for ease of clients getting the room at higher level.

The location was great. Literally a step out into the Escal Plaza ski slope. The daily shuttle to the supermarket solved a lot of issues for us as well. The rooms were very spacious compared to most we've stayed at in Japan. Shuto manages the property well and attended to all our inquires which made our trip easier.

The bathrooms are very old designs and need to be very careful when using the hot water system.

Location is inside the hakuba goryu ski resort that’s mean you can also go to hakuba 47 use your ski gear.. escal plaza just at the next door… also the hotel provide free shuttle to go to supermarket everyday on 5.40pm and the hotel can pick up you at hakuba goryu bus stop on the date when you arrive also sent you to hakuba goryu bus stop on the day on the date when you check out…

If you ski on another resort like cortina, happo one, tsukaige.. you must walk on your ski shoes and bring you ski gear when going back to the hotel and it’s reallly heavy and difficult because the road is uphill also slippery…
