Good location, sizeable and well appointed room, nice shower and good facilities. The English instructions on using almost everything in the room (except about the drying function of the washer/dryer).

I'm not a fan of self check-in as inevitably something doesn't work, you still have to talk to the "help support" and in this case they didn't add much value as the connection was horrible and neither of us could hear the other properly. As much as I liked the laundry, the washing/drying machine did not dry clothes and I had to pack damp clothes when I left.

Perfect location right by the bus station with buses to the airport, Kumamoto and other destinations. Station for shinkansen and tourist information centre where you buy your Cute Pass are also right by. Family Mart and AEON are in 2 min walk.

The gap bw check in and check out is entire 5 hours. Early check-in or late check-out are absolutely not possible as there is no staff to negotiate the matter with. There is no lobby to wait till official check-in time so you better come right by 15:00 as even at 14:50 you will not be allowed at the premises. There is also no chance to leave your luggage b4 check-in or after check-out.

No breakfast or meals provided with the booking but the facility had a well equipped kitchen in order for us to make our own meals if we wanted. Location was convenient, but it was hard to locate initially since we were tired from traveling 10+ hours and it was dark when we got to the station. But once we found the place, I was very happy with the location and it being central to get to other places. Very near the train station. Our apartment was very neat, clean and instructions were provided on how to operate the various appliances.

Maybe that it was such a compact little space, with hardly room to move around in the apartment. There was a sliding door to the balcony but not accessible because the 2 beds were blocking the way, but it would have been nice to have access to that.

Great location and value for money (£90 for two nights). Self check-in simple enough. Good washing machine/ dryer and bathroom. Air con was good. Decent kitchen area but you won't be using it much with all the great food available in Kagoshima.

Not a lot of counter space in kitchen but this is common in Japan. Two queen beds in the room is a bit much for two people but it would be great for a family. TV mounted in a bad position to watch from the bed. Turning on "clothes drying mode" in the bathroom caused a rattling noise in the ceiling.

The accommodation's proximity to Chuo Station and the nearby food street was incredibly convenient. The actual rooms matched the photos shown, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.The mattress is plush and well-cushioned, providing excellent support for a restful night's sleep. It's truly a delight to sink into the bed after a long day of activities, making it one of the standout features of the hotel. Our room even offered a stunning view of Sakurajima. Overall, our experience was perfect, and we felt it was one of the best value options available.

It is an unmanned hotel, although we encountered some minor problems during check-in. However, the hotel provided iPad through which we could connect with the staff, so the issues were not significant.

There was a weird smell on our floor. Not gross, just weird. But it wasn’t in the room. The washer/dryer unit was difficult to understand/use without instructions or prior knowledge. My friend and I needed to do laundry but only one of us was able to actually use the machine because we couldn’t figure it out and the drying part was set for 4+ hours?

Very comfortable place to stay. The bed is the best we've had so far in Japan (albeit the pillows are too hard and thick). The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the amenities anyone needs for a short stay. The location is superb, just a stone throw away from Kagoshima JR station, and there are plenty of car rental services nearby. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Kagoshima.

The lift is a bit small, and the pillow too hard.

Very clean and considered spacious with 2 double beds! The area is very quiet and the room is quite soundproof. I love the double security at the door and check-in was quite smooth. The location is good too, It's just less than 5 minutes walk from the kagoshima chuo station and convenient store just nearby.

Super stay! Room was perfect, very big and spacious. Next to the train station. Only weird thing (just because it was my first time) was that you check in through an IPad and connect with a person remotely that verifies your identity but instructions where very clear, so no problem.

It would be better if there was more area for hanging clothes. We noticed that the hangers are situated on top of the bins.
