The space was clean and close to the station. It's wasn't hard to get in. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was convenient to use.

It's hard to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggage, though it's already mentioned that there's no elevator on the website. Spray for killing cockroahes would be great. Tried to kill one with my hands and couldn't. The bathroom mirror area is too dark to see. It would be nice if there was more light there, especially when a group is trying to get ready in the morning.

Very nice and newly furnished appartments. Kitchen is available but only equipped with the most necessary items. Location is super convenient at Kagoshima Tram station and within walking distance to the ferry terminals.

Had some initial problems with check in, could be resolved remotely. The train crossing is right in front of the building sounding a very loud alarm every time a train passes by.

Big room, good air conditioning, good connection to the city. Beds are big and comfortable. Big bath and seperate toilet room. Price is unbeatable.

Washing machine does not work properly. Clothes smell after washing. Room looks clean but is on the surface level. If u want to sleep u better can handle loud noises from trains and trams every 3-4 minutes or ur sleep cycle from 12am to 5am is enough (and i mean loud!), windows are thin.

This is an apartment that has a kitchen and washing machine, the view from the window is of Sakurajima and there is also a roof top platform for taking pictures of the volcano. Close to the port, close to the station, close to supermarkets.

The place was just so spacious for the price I paid. They have a washing machine which was very useful. The facilities were so state of the art, truly Japan.

The only issue I had was the location, and this is probably of my room being next to the train station. It gets loud at some very short moments in the night which might interrupt your sleep. Though I was still able to have my rest.

The room was huge clean beautiful and the bed was comfy I dozed off all day. The only problem is the train noise. And the roof top is beautiful you can see volcano from the rooftop which is amazing

Very big room, convenient check-in with a code. When we had issues with the WIFI, we got help immediately. Very friendly and fast reply on the booking.com chat We had a microwave and pan, plates, and other kitchen equipment and a washing machine.

It is close to the train tracks, but to be honest, we didn't hear the trains during the night.

Fantastic! Perfect for a family of 4. The kids loved watching the trains and tramways from the window and we could walk to the aquarium. Convenience store next to it for snacks. Everything convenient and well designed.

No elevator could be a problem for people with a disability.

Big place, very comfortable, next to the station and everything you needed for a longer stay.

One tiny thing were ants that were present in the apartment

The room was clean and the location of the Voocano was quite good, near the ferry port to Sakurajima.

Hotel Volcano is close to the local train and tram final stop, which is quite noisy.
