Very comfy beds and washing machine was a bonus. Enough space for three of us. Fantastic location made Yokohama main attractions easy to get to.

Only downside was tv was dated so could only play local tv and couldn’t therefore watch anything like YouTube or Netflix.

Location is very good. Very near the railway station.

Cleaning service needs to improve. I stayed for 10 days and no one came to provide any room clearing in these period.

Great location.

Definitely need wall hooks for toilet own hand towel + some wall hooks for bath towels. Overall it's good for 2-3 adults. It is a bit too tight for 4 adults with luggage.

Toilet is tight (small space) and since the space is small, the suitcases take up space in the unit

It would be better if there are some tea or coffee set service and water. To enter the building is a bit confusing.

The self Check in was 40 minutes but the staff member that was video calling us made the experience better. The children loved the upper beds. They have fun playing there. Good location next to the station.

*a point of view from a family with 1 year old baby* In self Check-in you need to feel in *all* of the guests private information! It took so much time! We are 5 people + a video chat with a staff member.. it took 40 min! It's too long with a baby and small children. We are traveling with lots of baggage + stroller. In this case, the room and the building is not good enough. The building doesn't have an elevator. We needed to go up with the stroller because there is no space to keep it downstairs (we are on the middle floor). Also, the room is so small that we left the stroller in the hallway. The noise is a problem too. In the room there is a meter to check the noise level. But at 22:00 pm the guests from the upper floor arrived and made so much noise it feel like they are in the room with us!! The children are already sleeping and we can't do anything but hope they will not wake up from the noise. We stayed for two days and got 4 towels, very small ones... (+4 face towels) and we are 5, so I asked for another towel for the baby and changing the wet towels that we already used and got an no answer. I didn't understand why it was a problem.. Last thing that we had a problem with is the small kitchen + the refrigerator. We bought food and eegs to make lunch but its got frozen and so we had to throw it away. Making food was a challenge in a small place.. Overall, only the children had fun.
