Amazing location, incredibly spacious rooms, private onsen with chromotherapy, adult entertainment and much, much more! Love this place! Would like to come back and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed us. Really a great place to stay as a couple.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was always really kind and ready to help us and accommodate any requests. We left on early morning (around 5:30/6am) and we could have breakfast before leaving. Also, they called a Taxi for us.

over all this is a nice hotel, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. it’s quiet and private and located in a great area to explore Kyoto. staff doesn’t really speak English but it’s very helpful and gentle, always ready to help and find a way to communicate

the room could have been more clean

It didn't seem to be as clean as I would have liked.

It was in a good location. The room was very large and had a lounge area with a couch and coffee table.

It was very difficult to get to by car. Very little English spoken. I found the room dark and I bit creepy. There was a slot machine in the room, condoms and other items that I would prefer weren’t there. Breakfast was included but was very average.

The location was great, as was the complimentary Japanese breakfast.

A casino game (slot machine?) in the room, karaoke equipment in the room, too much stuff, but no desk! I did have some work to do though this was a leisure trip.

It’s a love hotel so so long as you know what you’re booking it’s a fine place to stay

Not the cleanest, room smelt of congealed smoke and the bath wasn’t very clean

The bed was comfortable

The room has lots of sex toys in and a fruit machine, a dirty bath, and a toilet that I couldn't sit on. The breakfast was cold fried eggs, and they said coffee but it didn't taste like it
