The amenities and use of the kitchen was excellent. The location was convenient to walk to many places and the catch the bus or subways. We enjoyed watching the television in the evening.

The front door was a little difficult to open and close. We were concerned about the security of the front door. The downstairs bathroom door was a little hard to open and close smoothly.

Wonderful home in a quiet residential area, but still in the middle of everything. The two separate bedrooms were great, and the walls were thick enough that we couldn’t easily hear through them. The bathrooms were fantastic, and we all took a turn in the wonderful tub. The company that owns the property was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay again, and think it was well worth the price.

Such a great apartment, so much space and great location. It has everything you would need. We were travelling with our 9 Month old baby and it was perfect for this. It had a kitchen with everything we needed to prepare his food and one of the bedrooms is traditional style with a mattress on the floor which was perfect for him to sleep on.

The location was great. Easy to walk to train stations and shops and markets. The accommodation was huge in comparison to other places we stayed in Japan. Really comfy beds. Many extras included umbrellas, tea, milk, maps, chargers etc. The taxi driver had no trouble finding it. A safe area to walk around at night. Two toilets was great for a family.

The location was perfectly close to everything and quiet. The spaciousness of two bedroom was great for our family of 4. Sleeping was great in comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

The living room needs more seats for a two bedroom. there was a bean bag chair but it wasn’t really usable. The kitchen was inadequately stocked for cooking and had old pots and pans that we couldn’t use and replaced.

It's a big two floors house with a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom in the first floor. The second floor has two rooms with big beds and a service room with washing machine.

The washing machine doesn't dry well.

Very nice accommodation close to the traditional / old town of Kyoto. Excellent location. Short walk to food and shopping malls, short walk to Gion. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs (low ceilings and beams, beware if you are very tall).

On day 2 - our hot water failed to work, it was snowing and freezing. We were moved to different accomodation on day 3, but only after long discussions with property managers. New accomodation was excellent - but it was inconvenient to move our family of 5 whilst trying to keep our tour bookings etc. Still, we were grateful for the company providing alternative accomodation.

We liked the location, it was close to Gion and other attractions. The house itself was very nice.

On the third day we emailed the staff because we had no hot water. They said not to worry, that the pipes were frozen and it was bound to come back soon. We insisted and they just sent us an automated message explaining how to turn the hot water on (we had already done it clearly). No help was offered, much less a refund, so we had no hot water for the remaining 2 days.
