The check in procedure is easy and quick, online. Communication with the host via booking is efficient, he is very responsive. The price is affordable and this place is definitelly good value. The beds are comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and there is a robot vacuum cleaner in the room, which is very handy. I especially liked that there is a washing machine in the room and laundry detergent, which you can freely use. The driers are in the entrance hall which you pay for. There are few convenient stores nearby, and tourist attractions are easy to reach by public transport. I also loved that the room is quiet and I could sleep well.

I would suggest putting some hangers and a plastic tray in the bathroom where one can put a toiletries bag and towels. Small investment yet it would make a huge difference. No further remarks.

The room was clean, spacious for 2 people, well equipped with basic necessities for a short stay. There is a convenience store nearby, and the bus and train stations weren't too far away either.

The communication was really annoying, we had to register for checking in, which we did, but we kept getting the same reminder email over and over again, telling us we won't be able to check in if we don't finish the procedure. We could only check in at 5pm which I found quite late compared to other places and they don't even let you drop of you suitcases earlier. After check-out they sent an email to only write good reviews and only let them know if we had a problem, which I don't think is fair. I found this style of communication quite annoying.

might need to consider to include the cleaning fee into the hotel fee as well on the website so that people wont be confuse with the payment later as the price we saw and attracted was without the 6000 yen cleaning fee

Cleanliness, location, and the room was well equipped. There was no need to interact with staff.

There were no strings on the balcony for drying clothes after washing them. There were drying machines on the first floor, but you can not use them when it's late evening. It is difficult to do routine stuff early during the trip because you're more concentrated on visiting places. So you usually get home late. I respect the noise policy, but I would love to have alternative ways to dry my clothes. Aside from that, the place was great!

The room is pretty spacious. I did not hear much noise from other rooms. Laundry, shower, toilet were all clean. Great value and has touristy restaurants nearby at night. When we went out, a lot of them required reservation though, so spontaneous eating out might not be an option.

Bed is a little creaky and this could bother light sleepers. Me and my friends were really tired and crashed at the end of the day so we did not notice the creaking as much. The bed (mattress?) is also not the most comfortable and it is close to sleeping on the floor. Be sure to adjust your expectations! If this is a big deal, don't stay here for too long.

The Enzo is close to the Kawaramachi station, with all the shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in had 5 beds, a shower and a separate toilet, along with a small kitchen and some appliances. The beds were clean, with fresh sheets and cover. And considering they're single sized beds, they're slightly longer than other single beds I've experienced in Japan (I'm about 180cm /5'1" - had no limb sticking out longway out of the bed) Room was clean, the shower had a bathtub, which was a huge plus after a long day. Mechanical and digital locks made it easy, compared to plastic card keys. The elevator was a bit small, almost full with three people + luggage but not a problem at all, comes and goes quickly so there's no wait time for the elevator. Would recommend, a great place to stay with family or friends.

Spacious and everything is well prepared. If you need anything, just a few mins walk to the 7E nearby to source whatever you need.

Perhaps is the dryer at G floor. You need to make sure the setting is at drying instead of sanitising. Else gonna burn two rounds of 150 Yen like me 😹

The family room is spacious. There were very minimal amenities. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. The washing machine in the room was very useful, allowing us to do laundry in the room instead of paying for it downstairs.

The beds are low and make noises when you move. That is annoying when you are traveling with a group. It is not possible to cook in the room, only a boiler is available, allowing you to make a tea. There were only kids plastic plates and cups.

The location was great. Easily able to walk to and from trains, subway, buses etc

We had a family of 6 so we required 2 rooms. I would have preferred these 2 rooms to have been on the same floor as the complex....however this may not have been possible. Each room was set up to sleep 4 persons, but in each room we only had a mixture of odd cutlery. Eg 1 knife, 2forks, 1 plate etc

I got a very large appartement just for me ! Very well located, next to buses, subways and great area to have a good walk and visit shrines. I had a little misunderstanding issue which was quickly solved thanks to the great and quick communication and also staff’s availability. If you read well the price on booking there will not be any scam, everything is written even the cleaning fees, and it is still very cheap for this great accommodation. I could also wash my clothes for free and dried then for just 100yen.

I just think they could improve the password system and change them regularly to improve security even if it is already really safe. And I would also be glad if I could leave my luggage for a few hours after checking out.
