Lovely well equipped apartment. Perfect for 5 persons - we used the kitchen facilities, bath, washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioner, and everything worked nicely. Great to have two toilets. All communication was excellent. We forgot an item at the apartment and the contact person immediately sent it on to Tokyo for us. The location was convenient for getting to the metro and was close to the river paths, close to supermarkets etc.

can't fault it for what we needed. we didn't watch tv so can't report on that. we couldn't lock one of the WC doors, but that wasn't a problem.

Beautiful space. Lovely big table to sit at together. Comfortable beds upstairs. Lovely bathroom and toilet facilities including a washing machine. Clean and tidy with useful bits such as washing detergent, basic toiletries and kitchen utensils. Good warm water and water pressure. Felt spacious. Good instructions to check in and out.

The tap in the tub still lets trickles of water out when using the shower head so the tub fills with water a bit whilst showering. Not a huge issue and wouldn't prevent me from recommending this place.

A beautiful townhouse, with modern facilities, yet still had character - immaculately clean, warm, great showers and a lovely bath in the 2nd bathroom. The beds were super comfy and the communal kitchen/living area was spacious for our group of 5 adults. The host was very kind and picked up our shipped luggage and it was waiting for us when we arrived. A wonderful stay :)

Traditional looking house, with full amenities in the house. Beds were ok, and the blankets were so comfy. Bathroom had heater which is useful for winter. Washer was great too. Location wise, near to train station and supermarket, very convenient. Checkin was easy and communication with the host was great too.

Only thing we didn't like was the shower head. Need abit of trial and error to get the water flowing, kinda troublesome.

Loved this house that has been refurbished beautifully. The tea room was lovely and the beds were the best we slept on in our three week holiday. Great convenient supermarket around the corner. Was great to be staying in a house amongst others rather than a faceless hotel. Quiet street not too far from main station or Kyoto or town centre.

Sometimes smoke would come in from people smoking beside the house.

The location is wonderful, big, and spacious. They have all the required amenities inside. It really has a unique feel compared to a hotel stay.

The pictures provided to identify the house were not fully accurate. They mention that beside the house, there is a green awning, but there is no green awning beside it. The neighbour removed it, so we walked past it and missed the house.

Our host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier when our train arrived.

Everything was very nice and as expected. No complaints. I just wish we had more time to explore the neighborhood, our stay was too short!

The house is very clean. Everything that one would need are provided and are in great condition. Cooking basics are provided and there is a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

The area is generally quiet though when the garbage truck comes by in the middle of the night (daily), you could hear it in one of the 2nd flood bedrooms and the tatami room.

The location was fantastic and we loved the set up of the unit.

Such a small dislike - pillows were to soft Some of the appliances needed explaining better, further details on instructions would have been great.

Very well appointed, attractive and nicely laid out apartment so although smallish it worked very well for 4 adults. Great location for bars restaurants and sights.

Enclosed in a courtyard so not really any windows. There was building works during the day but that should soon pass.
